If Saudia can elevate their cabin crews inflight service quality to that of Emirates, they would truly be a world-class middle east airlines comparable to Qatar, Etihad and EK. This obviously goes the same for their ground staff in both their home base and destinations abroad. I have not had a chance to try Saudia yet personally but heard several less than ideal reviews from a few well-travelled friends. Common issues always seemed to be soft products of the airline, the people both on the ground and in the air. No matter how modern and top class their hard products maybe for an airlines, it really is the employees attitudes and hospitality that truly make or break the reputation of airlines.
