Ricky has been .y favorite to watch for a long time. Seeing hime live only solidified that over the past few years but what a treat this season was seeing the rise of Cole Redalen and Kyle Klein as well. Great season overall.

Great commentary on an exciting battle, ending this year's professional disc golf season. Here's something for the off season. I've invented and tested a device, the "disc whip", to be used to fling golf discs and flying rings farther than we can throw them. I made a 70 minute video about it, giving it an epic, corny, fictitious back story plot. It's on RUclips in 6 parts, beginning with, "Disc Whip Invented By Paul Marostica Part 1". I hope you enjoy it.

That was one of the greatest performances down the stretch by Ricky and Kyle. Kyle slicing up fairways like a Michelin Star Chef while Ricky dropping putts nobody dares attempt.

Even this season they started cutting corners on replays and especially on follow-flights. We're going to see 75% effort from production going forward instead of the new owners spending the money on camera operators or editors. I hope I'm wrong and look like a fool.

Sponsorship deals is still where the majority of money comes from. $40k from a tournament is awesome but not that significant for Ricky since he makes $1 million per year (plus disc royalties?) from his sponsorship deal. I'm sure a lot of the top guys are making a solid 6 figures per year. But the money does start dropping significantly the further you get from the top. Sure it's not much compared to other sports, but the growth has been great and the money honestly isn't bad considering how relatively few people follow disc golf.
So if this was the last one of the year why are we still getting ew content?? I'm really confused here. So what's the difference between this and USDGC
My question is why is the director giving his two cents? They aren’t there through out the whole round they should have no influence here either. It’s up to the players to decide. Hell of a round
Not a fan of this final setup. Calvin rips all year and has the points lock. And for what? First in points should be a payout itself. why even have points? For 6 fake strokes at the end of the season???
We can look it up, but pretty sure all of the final 12 made money. This is still a tournament, not a prize for best-all-around player. And I say that as a guy with Calvin among my top 5 favorites.
