The best performer there was the girl. She did it from the high embankment and did it smart. She did the right thing and tracked it up slowly. Good job! 👍
My uncle let my dad and I ride in am Argo it was an old one (1983) bit still was super cool it had a 30 HP engine high torque and ran quite well it can also be used as a boat with or without an outbound motor I had a lot of fun Riding in it and even trying to drive it, it has break steering so it was really hard to drive but it was super fun
The Rubber track kit with the axle extensions is worth it. Dont cheap out on the track kit!! It was about 4500$ CAD so its quite steep but you wont regret it. I've never gotten it stuck. Only ever used the winch to pull others out.
The Argo manufacturer should consider changing the steering system from TILLER type to a steering type to ease steering. It's been done before for the Malaysian Army PT91 main battle tanks. Many Russian all terrain vehicle types are on the market too.
I'd take an 8 wheel tracked ARGO any day over a SHERP. For the $$ its the way to go. Overall the SHERP could probably go through more but not 30k's worth. Easier to trailer plus they have ARGO attachments now as well. I want one!!!
I've been in the woods all my life and I have never been able to make sense of this kind of city boy destruction of the land. Why do this?...Poor, poor little city boys and girls....sad.
Also change the track design like the Marsh Master type for better ground clearance and Argo vehicle can be the best of all all terrain vehicles. Marsh Master and Sherp builder should double the engine hp.
A buddy old mine has tracks on his Argo and one time he tried a really muddy area with just wheels. It was night and day. He kept having trouble without tracks and my Argo with tracks didn't even break a sweat.
The low profile rubber tracks I have are useless in water. My buddy's plastic tracks are the same, no good. However, we've never tried just the wheels in deeper water - they might work better, not sure. I've seen deeper tracks (Adair?) on RUclips that go pretty decent in the water. I have the tracks off my Argo now and intend on seeing what I can do next time I'm out. I'll try and get to some water if I can. For mud and bush, though, can't beat tracks.
Dave Roberts Pretty well summed it up. This what people with too much money (or more likely credit) and no brains find amusing. What they fail to see is how the non atv public might see not only the useless destruction of land. But also the way they choose to put the service techs kids through college
I owned an Argo 8 x 8 and it was embarressing how many times I got stuck because it has NO ground clearance!!! It would even get stuck on a sand bar... Sold it and purchased a Marsh Master which has over 2 ft ground clearance and wide tracks, and I have Never got it stuck. It Floats Too
@@warrior1953 Well as far as the Marsh Master, power companies use them to move men and equipment thru stump filled swamps and I can hunt places most people will never see, but yeah, I don't see mush use for the argo! :)

Check out the new ones
Lady best driver of the bunch
Wonder how many of those stuck 4-wheeler owners went home and bought Argos after this?
Hola me podrian dar una referncias donde puedo comprar o la fabrica que produce estas maquinas
If you can't speak English get the fuck out of the country
Zero, because they were already aware that they were trading deep mud abilities for top speed and handling.
@@marcosriverosuarez7613 busca en google...argo canada
Had both
Wheeler much more practical
These are usless without tracks.
Very slow also so u cant bike with other wheelers
Notice how the Female is the only one that didn't acknowledge the stuck Razr?
The lady in the orange sleeveless top knows how to drive.
Pr3ct fr that’s how you get a heavy vehicle over a ledge

its got a very cute beer holder
That’s what I noticed, too!
Our ones at Lake Biwa, Japan does not have one!
Great mud video
The greatest country on earth. M.A.G.A.!
Playing in the mud, spent $35,000 to go play in the mud. $72,000 on a pickup truck and a $60,000 on a double wide trailer.
The 6x6 is 11k hoss
Bro the 2018 8x8 used was 8 grand
This girl is awesome drive
Looking to me like the open cleat style is track of choice.
Is there a reason no one uses rubber 1.5 in cleat tracks?
If you don't have Adair tracks at the ATV Mud Nationals you need to leave your 6x6 or 8x8 at home.
What keeps it from flopping over pinning every one under water?
Whoever thought mixing a little dirt , with a little water could be so much fun ,
Cool video! Thats with 2 people in it, & no load, just a touch more power & little more aggressive track, would be big improvements.
Охренительные у вас тусовкиии )))))) нам бы так в России.Если у нас есть то народу до 10 человек , у вас там сотнями.
It needs a LS swap ....4.8 would work great ..lol

One of the most American things I´ve ever seen. BUT: No Sherp there, because too boring;-)
Wonder how the little old John deer Gater would do?
what model does the guy have in the black shirt? the 6x6
I've been thinking on getting one of these but I can't decide over tracks or wheels

"Dr. Ian Malcolm: Yeah, yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn't stop to think if they should."
Wheels need much bigger with bigger spaced out traction bars, way more aggressive then here!
I don't get it. Thousands of dollars spent just so you can ride in the mud. Seems pointless.
