I figured this show to be a silent cartoon in season 10.

Tommy is a failed artist, compared to Kimi, who is a multitalented genius, which Angelica and Susie are impressed by that/Angelica discovers a magic bean, which turns her into a giant!

Susie and Kimi decide to boost Angelica's morale by making her into a superhero/Angelica becomes a daredevil and uses Kimi and Susie as her balls.

Chuckie relaxes on the boat while Tommy goes scuba diving. He finds a mermaid. Angelica, Kimi and Susie want to kidnap the mermaid!/Susie goes on a diet.

While playing a superhero game with Chuckie, Phil, Lil and Dil, Tommy captures a grasshopper/During a race, Tommy adopts a newt and he names him "Gomez".

Tommy and Chuckie have an unsuccessful camping trip/Lil shows Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Dil her collection of flowers.

While angrily chasing Angelica, Kimi and Susie with a fly swatter, Tommy bumps his head on the door/Angelica, Kimi and Susie hear a thunderstorm and they are not afraid of it.

Dil cuts his finger after he picks up a nettle/After reading the comic, Angelica shows Kimi and Susie her Flossy Flash demonstration.

While playing in the yard with Tommy, Chuckie and Phil and Dil, Lil hurts her knee after tripping over a stone/Tommy, Chuckie, Lil and Dil hear Phil singing operatically in the bath.
30. *"DISAPPEARING DIL"*/*"ATTACK OF THE SPACEGIRL"*
While practicing for a singing competition with Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil, Dil suddenly keeps disappearing/Angelica wants to become an evil astronaut with Kimi and Susie as her sidekicks. (This is the last Rugrats episode).

Angelica's mom is having a baby boy who she is going to name Andy Pickles and Angelica was happy about the situation until he started getting all the attention but Angelica promised her mom that she was gonna try to get along with Andy, which she does in the long run eventually / Stu and the babies heard on tv this morning that the Dummi Bears is being canned and they are upset that they're favorite show is being cancelled while Stu is convincing the network to keep the show on the babies reenact their favorite Dummi Bear, until good news from Susie's dad one of the writers of the show confirms that the show is continuing
2. *" ANTS!!! "/"FUNNY PHIL"*
Phil and Lil start an ant collection, but chaos ensues, when their collection gets out of their jar and all around their house, so the babies try and capture all the ants before Howard and Betty find them/ Phil tells jokes and puts on a show for the babies which they enjoy until they get tired of his same routine
3. *"BABIES ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PLAYPEN"/"LIL'S CRUSH"*
There is a group of babies inside of Chaz's and Kira's coffee shop and they cause trouble until Kimi offers them to play with their toys/ Lil falls for a bug-eating boy she see's at a carnival.
4. *"BABY BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS"/"ANGELICA'S PIGGYBANK"*
Tommy and the babies try to set records given by Angelica/Angelica saves up enough allowance in her piggybank to buy the new Cynthia Action Set but she ends up spending her money on other things like junk food and cookies so Stu builds her a knock-off, because the Cynthia Action Set's are SOLD OUT all over town
5. *"CHUCKIE & SUSIE" "/"KIMI'S GANG"*
Chuckie is fixing to turn 3 and Susie teaches Chuckie all he needs to know about preschool next year / Kimi starts a gang in the treehouse for the day and names it after her, and the other babies are in her gang
6. *"BUCKY RETURNS"/"THE FINSTER FINISH"*
When Didi's Cousin Bucky arrives for a week at the Pickles home Stu is fed up with Didi's annoying cousin Bucky and his antics until the two finally get along together / Kira and Chas start to put pictures of Kimi in the family album, but haven't put any pictures of Chuckie in yet which causes Chuckie to feel like he's not important, so the babies try to finish the family album and make Chuckie feel important, until, they found out that was Kimi's baby book instead, so Chuckie felt like he was important again, because that wasnt the family album after all
7. *"THE TALE OF TWO BABYSITTERS"/"STU-VISION"*
Taffy and Alyssa babysit the kids while all the grownups go out of town to a luau and weird things start happening around the house, which Angelica and Buster cause/ Stu tries to invent a prototype that helps him see better because he doesn't want to go to the eye doctor but after a few failed attempts he ends up going anyway.
8. *"A PICKLE PRODIGY"/"THE BOY NEXT DOOR"*
Angelica lip-syncs a song in her bedroom which causes Charlotte to think she's talented and enters her into a singing competition, but the judges are in for a surprise/ Angelica tries and impress the new neighbors' kid next door to get him to like her and at the end she ends up breaking their window with her stunts.
9. *"SUSIE'S RAP"/"BABY FEVER"*
Susie sings a rap song and makes a video about her friends / The babies attend a concert with Taffy
10. *"DESIGNING DIDI"/ "THE SEARCH FOR SUPERTHING"*
Didi gets a makeover for a college inventory at 4 pm and Tommy and Chuckie thinks she changed so they try and mess up her makeover consistently and she ends up going the way she was/ Kimi lost SuperThing and Tommy and the babies help look for it while trying to avoid obstacles along the way
11. *"INVENTION OFF"/"WHERE'S ANDY?"*
There is an invention convention in town and Edwin and Stu are in cahoots with making the best invention to win 1st prize and the "Best Inventors Reward", also the babies try to make an invention in the process/ Angelica is sick and tired of her baby brother annoying her so she decides to hide him until her parents notices he's gone, so Angelica and the babies go on an adventure to look for him
12. *"SCRIBBLES"/"AIR STU"*
Kimi is sick in the hospital so Chuckie and the rest of the gang decide to help Chuckie write get well letters to her/ There is a 4 on 4 basketball fundraiser and Howard, Drew, Randy are thrilled to compete when the not so excited Stu is kinda not iffy about playing because as he quotes "In High school i was nicknamed Stumble-Stu" when it came to sports. So Drew, Howard, and Randy train him before the big game and the babies play pretend basketball with Tommy's ball.
13. *"ANDY DANDY"/"A COUSIN'S GOTTA DO, WHAT A COUSIN'S GOTTA DO"*
Angelica uses her brother Andy as an alarm to sneak cookies consistently until she gets caught/ Angelica saves Tommy from a closet monster
14-15. *"ARBOR DAY"* (ARBOR DAY SPECIAL)
Susie teaches the babies about the meaning of Arbor day, and celebrates with the CarMichael family at the park
16. *"THE BATTLE OF DIAPEY FORTE"/"BANK TOMMY"*
Tommy and his gang go against the McNulty's to claim the old fort that their grandparents built as babies because the McNulty's didnt want to share/ Tommy and the babies set up a pretend bank and make trades
17. *"STUNT SPIKE"/"DIL SAVES THE DAY"*
Spike casts in a new Reptar movie as a stunt dog, until the high life was too much for him/ Tommy tells a folklore about a brave giant to Dil, who rescues people from everything dangerous, where giant Dil causes more harm than good until he recieves a magic potion
that will help him along the way.
18. *"THE RETURN OF MYSTERIOUS MR. FRIEND"/"DIDI DISCOS"*
Stu tries to go back to work on the Mr Friend doll and give him upgrades, but has he made a mistake and crossed some wrong wires and this time the doll starts terrorrizing the neighbors until the babies set the ultimate trap / Didi enters a 1970's themed disco competetion to win a new kitchen upgrade and 2 weeks paid visit to a spa, and the babies try and have their own little disco as well after looking at a video tape about it.
19. *"TOMMY A LA MODE"/"BABIES LAST SHOW"*
Angelica shows Tommy how to be a cooler baby and her way of doing things if she were a baby again / (This is the last episode of the Rugrats) the babies celebrate with a Mud party in the sandbox and the adults are having a barbecue (LAST Ep. before the upcoming Rugrats movie)
