This is the idea of a person who comes from a country that recognized the armenian genocide but also participated in the second war anf gave a strong support in the jew genocide:Italy. I like the history of Turkey and his culture and honestly i don't agree with the hate in regards of this country, because doing this it means i should expect same from other ethnics in my regards because "our" sins. But of course i can't understand why turkey and turkishes continue to insist with their position saying it is all invented!don't you understand it get worse in this way?admit your errors like Germany and Italy made already or the rest of humanity will continue always to see you as enemies...because "hide" means "i would do again".
as a Turkish man, I can say all of us are bros. not only armenian and greeks.. all other citizens are our brother and sister. someone try to fight ourselves against each other. do not fight, only love and patience will survive.
@KGSS350 I can understand personal vendetta and that it would feel great. But I know quite a few turkish people who admit the genocide happened and then apologized for it and wish they could have stopped it. Should they be thrown in the same boat?
@westrunners i have heard many times from different people that at the begin of armenia there were two groups, the armens and the uratians.. armens were blond & blue eyed and the uratians were bruenett/black haired and brown eyed ..i think thats why armenian has today many different types of people :) for more informations you need to visit beautysavesworlds channel :) just look at my page and you will find her :)
the fact that you was born in germany makes you think differently, and thats the right way to think, as you said Hitler made mistakes. i agree.i am armenian and i personally believe that ALL humans should be united, today we are like this only for political reasons, in the end we have nothing to against each other.
@westrunners armenians are no the oldest raceof people the oldest race of people are the mesopotamian people which later become known as the babylonian people which is now modern day iraq iraqis are technicly the oldest race of people and im not disputing you im armenian myself but its just a fact but i commend you for having a strong pride in our culture
Im a Turkish-Armenian very proud of these guys but ı wısh they werent to polıtıcal....ı wısh they would come here, ı never got to see them when lıvıng ın the states
@av63pnt0 No offense man. But my whole argument was with lovelyalla22 about something completely different to what you state. I, in no way or form, said that what armenians seek is only the recognition of the genocide. My point was, and remains, that being uncivil about the matter, like most showed through hate comments, is thoroughly stupid. Mexicans still suffer after The Conquest, but it's irrelevant to whethe I should hate spain for the current state of affairs on my country.
@westrunners todays armenians are not mixed with ukraniens and russians :) im armenian and i never heard that someone in my family was mixed with ukranian or russian and i do not look like an iranian my grandfather and his brother from my mothers side were even blond & dark blond & blue&green eyed and my grandmothers sister father side was blond and blue eyed :)
@ozzylaza Dear noone, since you study history you may know that the history of Armenia is as old and even more as the Greek ones... and now you: a random guy of who's country's history is not older than 200-300 years come to say to me: "This band is putting your country and people on the map." You cannot be serious.
@Sonnythemobster Think of it on a personal level and you will see how it makes sense. If a family gets rapped, starved, beaten and butchered and miraculously a member of that family survives lets say for example. If that one survivor seeks justice for over 90 yrs with no results, can you blame him if he goes fucking up everyone who he thinks is responsible?? It's the same thing. They did everything and anything you can imagine to our brothers, sisters and parents and we are the survivors!
@KirkKirkorian Well that's what I was getting at. I should probably be more specific. But I wouldn't hate Turkish civilians for the sins of their leaders.
@lovelyalla22 Moving on refers to stop hating an entire country for something that happened almost a 100 years ago. Recognizing that it happened won't bring anyone back to life, and I'm sure as hell not recognizing it will stop armenians to prosper and continue with their lives. A.K.A moving on. It's old. Spanish massacred my whole country 300 years ago. But we as mexicans don't hate Spain. At least the smart ones don't.
@KGSS350 First off, I'm not denying the genocide. Second, I completely agree that the Turks need to own up to it. Those are grounds we share. What I don't get is that you think that violence could solve violence. So the Turks committed genocide on the Armenian people, yes? You and everyone else know that genocide is wrong, yes? So how exactly would a mass killing of the Turks that deny the genocide make you any better then the one who actually committed the genocide? oh and calm down a bit man=D
No one will ever understand the pain we went through. one day the turkish government will pay for there crimes against all my brothers and sisters they slaughtered! we will never stop fighting until they day comes!
im with you on Armenian pride, but dont generalize the Turkish public to call them all our enemies. it was their government for the most part after all. and plus, we dont need to sink to their level and start throwing out insults, we are a people with over 5000 years of culture and history, we're better than that.
all humans are so mixed, none can be sure from where he is really from. but does it really matter??? i think NO! humanity is killing each other hundred years now, in the name of religion and nation, always guided by governments! i like you cause i see you have opinion and i dont care if you turk/armenia/chinese i just like you as a human been.
I love when they sing Armenian songs. Once I heard "Nazeli". It was so damn beautiful!
I hope Daron does another cover of this for their wake the souls tour!
TheHamWagon He did Im Nazelis!

@KGSS350 If you are so brave to do this, you are more than wellcome to do... Just give it a try and see what happens!
