2) 6 full pumps to inflate
3) Tie the balloon at the neck
4) Use your thumb to measure the Head
5) Using your thumb again
6) Measure the same but loop it round
7) And twist 4 Times
8) Now we use the thumb tip for the neck
9) And twist 4 Times
10) Repeat measuring with the thumb
11) Then loop and Twist
12) For the BODY Use your thumb again and measure the body
13) Another Loop For the back 2 legs
14) Twist 4 Times
