Would you consider doing another one the same as or similar to this, but when going round the body, starting and ending with the head, or concentrating almost exclusively on the head. Some of us have ADHD, amongst other things, and it's the over-active mind that needs peace and rest.
Can you explain a little more about what you mean please? Do you mean a body scan exactly the same that I do but starting at the head, going down to the feet and then going back up again?
@@ChibsMeditation That would be fine. Thanks! It's really just a plea for help to relax my head/mind, and I think it would help me if we started at the head. Not too bothered, after that, whether we work down or up the body or do both directions.
That’s a great suggestion! Tinnitus masking sounds can definitely complement meditation. Thanks for sharing that, and I’ll have to check out those recommendations 😊
