It might be a call of the family to keep the name private and the hospital is respecting the wishes. They may have wanted this up to honor the decision and for their own memory. I’d love to know name too, but if the family isn’t about it, I respect that too.
I made this walk with my son in 2017 prior to the " honor walks". It was just me, my mom and my sisters. We walked it quite fast like this. For me I was ok with it. I felt he was on his way to do one last act on this planet and we cannot be late. Other lives depend on it. That was just my feelings at the time.
Also, I did not see any family. Sometimes the donor family will say their goodbyes at the time of brain death and leave the staff to do their job. I stayed with my son and was 48 hours before we finally made the walk.
