- In this South Park episode Butters naivety sends him into the world of becoming a pimp. What starts as an innocent kissing company suddenly Explodes into something much bigger. Even Though Kyle and Stan are the only ones that see something wrong in what butters is doing. This whole incident started with Cartman calling out Butters for never kissing a girl in South Park which in turn creates a monster, you know what i'm sayin?

Theres two sides to James O'Keefe situation. Apologies I have been making vids weekly and was mainly looking at articles regarding this 'South Park' Episode. The aftermath slipped by due to time constraints. I wasn't trying to make a whole video on the 'Acorn Scandal' just the part that was featured in the episode. Side one - Tax money was being wasted on welfare scammers.

The "two sides" were like when you catch your partner cheating and they get mad that you looked at their phone, then they blame you for making them cheat
It should be noted that O'Keefe never entered an ACORN office in the central-casting pimp outfit he wore in clips between takes, and left it to the people there to figure out the "business" he was trying to set up. Several of them figured it out and extended the conversation to get info to turn over to the police.

My little sister loved Betters, pretty much before anyone else did. She could go on and on for hours about how cute Butters is... She passed away in 2004. Every time I see Butters in an episode, it reminds me of the best of her... Thanks South Park!

At the end of the day, all that says is you haven't found someone worth the time yet. Gen Z generally moves too damn fast anyway, and I'm living proof of that as well. Butters' repetition of the phase "y'know whadd'm sayin'?" but in proper English is hilarious. My friends and I always ask each other "Do you know what I am saying?" This is one of my favorite episodes. Nice to finally know it's based on a real scandal.

This is the best episode and theres been so many amazing brilliant ones. One of my other favorites is when randy buys a blockbuster but that doesnt come close to this.

He was, at one time, pretty respectd. This one blew up for him, but he had others early on that hit him mentioned everywhere, I remember John Stewart ranting about his O'Keefe was doing all this stuff, where the hell was the actual media. To this day, I believe they're so hard on O'Keefe, and constantly just run the same narrative that he edits his stuff, even though he uploads full, uncut versions, all because most of them are worried that O'Keefe I'll eventually expose something they're doing, and they don't want to be praising his journalistic work, and then getting busted by him later on. The muddy the water, to protect themselves later haha, them and their advertisers, buddies etc.

I know they take inspiration from real life events but I almost never know exactly what happened in real life. I've always thought it would be cool if there was a RUclips channel explaining each episode and letting me know which part is based off of this happened.

huh. didn't realize that when I watched several years after it aired. also I haven't really gone back to watch this episode in several years and the events of the Project Veritas Acorn thing are very hazy for me now, the first time I heard of Project Veritas was via Christian Radio via Breakpoint. I think they were talking about some abortion stuff they were doing expose stuff for, but it was taken out of context. I think I also might've heard them talk about Acorn as well. But at the time I don't think I heard them ever do a follow up that this O'Keefe guy deceptive edited his videos and lied about it.

I get this show is a comedy and kids bully eachother over stupid shit all the time, but in hindsight is never having kissed a girl at the age of 8 really that embarrassing?
