As an adult extreme beginner It would've been really helpful in the training video for this choreography to have YOU dance to the song with the choreography at the end.

I'm a very very beginner and have never danced professionally ever and is it only me because I've tried so hard to get these tutorials but I still get confused when your facing front even though your saying left and right ..I find I can only learn when your in a mirror and facing backwards..am I the only one that just really can't follow if your facing frontwards...I'm trying so hard to learn..I am alot older so maybe it's just my learning abilities..
