I really enjoy the "on site" cooking. I don't get to camp much anymore, but I could do that. Thanks for the fun videos. It helps to sort of stay in touch with the outdoors even when life gets in the way.
Thanks for the fish n cook video. I enjoy all your videos. I’m learning from your fishing knowledge you share with us. I’ve worked on cars doing my own repairs thru the years. Regarding the timing belt, if you don’t have actual records when it was replaced I would go ahead and replaced it now. At over 200k miles it has probably been replaced at least once. You definitely don’t want it to break if it’s worn and cause other issues. I used to buy older vehicles and the first thing I would do was replace the timing belt. Oil seals; water pump and belt tensioner are accessible during belt change so I replaced those as well. Keep up your amazing fishing videos !
Love your video on sheephead, my father and I just returned back to Micigan after a Louisiana andFlorida fishing trip and had the best time ever catching Sheephead and Redfish, my father is 93 years and he still able and enjoy fishing, we are the owners of K 2 Outfitters and have enjoyed teaching people to fish much like the way you present fishing so simple in your videos. Maybe we will ross paths someday and have the chance to fish along side of you. Good luck from Dave and Warre Kuhl of Michigan.
I caught a mangrove snapper once where you are at! And a snook but he came off..... That's when I lived in Orlando FL. I fished a lot in those areas,,,,, crabby Joe's pier,,,, and cocoa bch causeway or those areas
Nice! I always used the ugly stick combo from Walmart until my brother in law showed me what he used. Ohero hyper series. Got it from St Pete Fishing outfitters. 65 bucks and it is fantastic. Bought my son one for his birthday and am giving my wife the 7 foot Ohero gold series medium for Christmas. Huge improvement and great price. Love sheepshead!
Sweet, your videos never disappoint, brother! The only 2 steps I do differently on the cornbread (hush puppies here in NW FL) are using beer instead of water and adding finely diced onion. I need a snack now that I watched another one of your catch, clean and cook videos. 😉🐟👍
What I like about your videos is that you don't just show wins, but losses as well. The important thing is to have fun! (Ednei Ribeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil).
Super stoked that I found your channel! I LOVE how you cooked em! I have that exact same camp stove....I've cooked like that so many times, it's fun as hell haha . Now I gotta get out and fish asap!! New subscriber for sure!
Hey JC, you need some waders there. Some warm ones! And if you get the cheap rubber shelf liners from Walmart to put on that slippery ledge then you won’t slide off. Love your channel!
Thanks for the great fishing videos. Been subscribed a couple of years. Wishing you a merry Christmas and looking forward to more videos in the new year. Life IS good, live it!
I'd love to find a bridge like that. Checked everyone I could around Ruskin and snags on each cast and trash by the armful to carry out each time. No sheeps and real shallow near shore. Time to put some miles on my car I suspect. Love your vids and I will keep trying to catch a convict someday!😀
Love your videos and I don't even know how to fish! (yet). Going to learn when I move to FL next year... can't wait! Oh, and put some bits of jalapeño in those hushpuppies...yeehaaa!!!
Great video, more like creeper sheeper, the next time that you go out there, having a 4ft hand net would be nice and some waders ,despite u still slaying them,, can't wait to start targeting them here in the panhandle ,want wish u and your family a Bless Christmas 🎄🎣,,,Stay Safe God Bless,,
Been watching you from the start… you never seace to amaze me! Keep up the awesome work for those of us who can’t go fishing but want to.thanks man, you rock!!!!!
This is a great video. I love fishing bridges, I love sheep head and I love eating hushpuppies.😀😀 the funny thing is, a few hours before I watch this video. I was on Google to find out how many bridges there are in Broward County that go over water. We have 70! By the way, your audio is always excellent in your outdoor videos. I have heard people say bad things about the audio using a go Pro but you seem to have no problem at all. Boy, those hushpuppies made me hungry.
The audio could have been better, but I forgot to bring my chest camera. Also the Gopro I was using didn't have a windscreen on it either. I had to spend some extra time in the editing process raising the volume in various places. There are tricks to getting good audio. It's sad that many RUclipsrs don't put in the extra work to make the audio better. I mean there are two main parts to the video right, the visual and the audio. Thanks for the complement and for watching.
Way to go JC! Fun times and what an excellent spot for that Sheepie hole! Dude they know there's a basement under that well...I'm sure they trolled you! 😄 Merry Christmas JC!
Merry Christmas JC. I had a wonderful Christmas with the Mrs and one guest for dinner. Kids were in Kentucky enjoying 20 below weather. lol. I've got to gather some mud crabs. I see you tearing em up with that bait. lol, they don't get that big being tupid.
JC did you find it but those mud crabs?? I live near you and I never see crabs to be able to catch that many!!! Maybe in the mangroves but it's wintertime obviously! Merry Christmas brother!!
Nice I found a spot for my 1st bridge on gandy right b4 going to st Pete been having fun there I am on the hunt for more bridges this 1 likes nicer. Great video
9 times out of 10 if the timing belt has been changed there will be a sticker under the hood somewhere stating miles and date when it was changed. I would have a hard time believing the original one lasted well over 200K. I understand sometimes they may show cracks but that is not a certain thing. When they fail they fail totally. You need to find out if you have an interference engine, meaning if the belt breaks the valves will make contact with the pistons. If so don't risk it. I realize a timing belt change is expensive but not nearly as expensive as replacing the engine. Great sheepshead video. Thanks for sharing your secrets.
i'm not sure how I missed this comment. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I did change the timing belt because I couldn't find out when it was last changed. There was no sticker. it is an interference engine. The truck has been running great!
@@RadReelingFishing You didn't miss it. Just posted it this morning. Not sure how I missed this video for over a year. Turing on the notification bell now.
“Dude my other sheepshead got away!” 😂😂😂 you sound just like me and all my 21 year old fishing friends here in Virginia Beach
Thank you for another amazing video, JC! You help many through tough times with your sincerity and wisdom about a craft that we all love.

You did awesome sir. I would suggest a pair of Tabis for fishing on slick rocks.

Great video thanks!! Just had my 2000 ford ranger 2.5l timing belt change after 189.000 miles. Truck is still running well. Great little truck.
Great action, you had one sneaky sheeper. I would have added a little onion to your hushpuppy recipe. But that's just me.
Keep the videos coming JC, you’re doing some awesome work!

Awesome video JC! Those are some nice sheeps! That spot is my favorite bridge to fish in this area, it's loaded with some big fish.
Where’s he fishing at?
You're about my age and when I see you playing those fish close I get Bill Dance flash backs. ..lol.. The best. I'm sure you've seen a few episodes.

Keeper Sheepers 😁 😎 😋
What bridges is it called
What place is it called
Try using corn flower on ur fish it's awesome. Make 50/50 mix with all purpose flower depending on how strong you want the corn flavor.
That's some good fishing!! You picked a great morning to try that spot.
Gonna try that Hush Puppies recipe !! What a day and that Sheepshead Bite was on fire, all good fish too !!!
You absolutely kill them. The fish fry looks so good.
Killer fishing trip! I do like some bank fishing. Thanks! 🙏🏽

Hey JC I am a new subscriber. I would take a light long handle net to reduce loosing fish. You probably just having fun. Keep up the good work.

Man you are killing me JC that's some beautiful sheephead
The Fishes like to live below the shade of bridge. It's cool
I wonder if the cold front triggered them. Nice catch

Really like 👍 your videos 📹 bless up yuh self 🙏 🙌 from Jamaica 🇯🇲 🙌
Awesome to see the ozark spinning reel and zebco rod held up to sheepshead
It's a Daiwa BG 2500 reel. The Walmart reel I returned ruclips.net/video/2U3QXOcFcMY/видео.html

Where and how do you get mudcrabs from?
Good video. I wish I could have a day fishing like that.👍🏾 Was the water cold?
SW Florida cold.
This reminds me of my little/young days at Salton Sea in California.. we had tilapia tho..
Hey..good looking!
Next time you there, get some rain boots/shoes .
Use some rocks to make a live pool to hold the fish. Happy fishing Brotha👍🙏💚🖤

Man! I'm hittin' a bridge soon as this cold front blows through....
What a great honey hole. Nice to be able to have that kind of day without a using a boat.
One day I'll run into you around Tampa Bay 🤣 tight lines! "OH yeahhh"
Liked and subscribed👍 really enjoyed the video Aloha and happy new year 🌺🤙🌺
JC Where are your upcoming gigs this week?
Your a better fisherman than many including myself lol
What a fun way to spend the day👍
nice catch, bring a landing net might be useful and a boot :)
This is a hidden hem I am glad I found
I like the sheepshead fishing great video
Dude you gotta get you a little net out there with you makes a good walking stick too!
You have the drone. You can recon every site now easy to see if its a waste of time or a hot bite. You should use that every time.
9 times out of 10 if the timing belt has been changed there will be a sticker under the hood somewhere stating miles and date when it was changed. It’s that a website or a app that you use to look up the size and limit of Florida fish?
Fish Rules
Jc I like your Walmart rod and reel like rad reelin? Lol Thanks for the education setting up your hooks weight line and bait! 😄🤪👻
I'm new here. I really like the content. Keep it up.
Fried Sheepshead, making me hungry. Can't find your video on fiddler crab bucket?
I bet you'll have a boat behind that new truck!
Waaaooo great Catch JC but next time print a net like that Sheeper don't come off the hook
Great video, I love that bridge when the bite is hot!!!!!! Nice sheeps
Thanks 👍
Have you done a video on when to set the hook on a sheepshead bite?
no
Sheepers are biting and spawning with this cold front! Merry chrsitmas fish slayer!
🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Awesome stuff dude
Man you need to get you a dip net .)
When JC dropped the fillet in the dirt 😂
What type of fishing rod and fishing reel you were using.
Zebco Hotcast, Daiwa BG 2500
