That is no joke! Not a good start. I've been close to passing out in that heat. Of course we are watching to the end buddy. Nice dive. How many okay's - oops he's 'going' maybe? oh boy 🤣😜 Cut the lights and you should see it - but then we would loose the film possibly till through. Fun commentary. Have a good week buddies.
Dived it in 1971 and it still had the paint on, being of the age when we are being blamed for taking all the good stuff off wrecks and not leaving anything for the existing divers to see (cough) 🤣
All the good stuff? All the stuff you mean!! 😂😂 I often joke with new trainees that if you want to see historical wreckage, forget diving and just check out the garage of a diver from the 70’s. More brass in there than a bloomin scrapyard!
Cheers pal! Appreciate the comment 👍 I use my Mavic Mini first gen. Can’t justify upgrading the the Mark 2 when it’s touching over a £1k when this still puts out shots like this!
Cheers for the vid - it looks like a great wreck! I’m looking to get myself a drysuit so I can finally explore the waters around my own country, as there seems to be a lot to offer here in the UK that I am missing out on!
Nice one Andy. Question I noticed you was using your GoPro when on land I take it you don’t use your gimbal any reason why or did you forget it ? Only asking as I was thinking of getting one but not sure if I really need it . Sorry nothing to do with diving lol
@@scubavery to be fair pal, I’m not enamoured with it. It’s a phone one and it’s okay to use, the GoPro I’m brining anyway and it’s easier to use. I really do need to get on and use it a bit more, but it’s just yet another thing to bring if that makes sense!
@@AndrewWaltersuk makes total sense. As you know we take enough kit just for diving don’t need extra kit especially when trying to make a video for RUclips . You need to hire a production team they will do all the work for you.🎥👍
@@scubavery I find with the latest GoPro's there is little need for a gimbal. The horizon lock and image stabilisation is so good, that a gimbal is overkill. I do use different settings for above and below water, but never a gimbal. And just leave the phone in a drybag, rather than record with it.
