Use the INT() function in Excel to quickly round any number to the next lowest integer. This is a great little function in Excel to quickly change decimals to integers or numbers with decimals to only integers. Note though that this function will only round the the next lowest integer and it will not round up. View the ROUND() function tutorial to see how to round to the nearest integer going up as well as down.
