Were there any Sahara-specific modifications to the Duster or your gear after the Pyrenees? How did you go about planning this whole thing? A sit-down with the whole crew like a podcast would be awesome to answer all these questions.
I am currently gathering some questions to hopefully make a video of that sort in the future! Nevertheless, I plan the whole itinerary and present to everyone for approval. There are a lot of variables that we take into consideration but ill leave that for the video. As far as the mods from pyrenees to the desert, only the yokohama geolandar mt tires and the tire carrier. Cheers
Roof rack very soon! As far as the spare wheel support we don't feel like it is viable for mass production and remote shipping as there is a lot of required custom work on the vehicle in order to mount it...
Going from the high atlas to the desert the temperature changes drastically. While we got 1ºc in the atlas, 200km ahead we got 40ºc in the desert. The duster was more than capable to both heat and cool the car in both situations. However keep in mind the a/c does steal some power from the engine, so when we went to the dunes we turned it off to get all the power we could
Probably in the dunes where the haldex differential overheated and we lost 4wd. After 10 min to cool down we were running again and continued the trip no problem!

Hello guys!. When do you think you can sell accesories for Duster, like spare wheel support and roof rack?

@@xpd44.outfitters Thanks and safe trip!
Hi, sorry to bother but just out of curiosity what was the worst thing that has happened on the trip
(Like the hardest thing for the duster)
Is it very hot there?
If so how is the air inside the Duster is the air conditioning working properly?
