They would have to work their regular shift the day before or the next day shift after the holiday to qualify tofor the extra holiday pay. yeah that's more accurate. you will be surprised how many employees forget this or are not told this. if a holiday falls on a Wednesday and that employee works that day than to get the holiday pay they would either have.to work that Tuesday before the holiday or that Thursday right after the holiday to qualify for the extra holiday pay.
