The funny thing is I only remember the last two... My first phone experience was with rotary soviet phone from 1970s, my aunt showed me how to use one to call my mom when I was 4 or 5 years old they are really fun to use but you have to remember phone numbers which you want to call, oh yeah there were these relics from the past we used to call "phone books" in which peoples names or various services were listed with a phone number next to it for you to call. The reason I remember second to the last ringtone is because my first mobile phone was Nokia 5110 aka "The Original Brick Phone" not Nokia 3310 which kind of stole it's title... As I remember ringtone was called "kick" or something like, I got that phone from my mom when I was 9 that was in 2003 I had it for about two years until I accidentally broke the screen by drooping something heavy on it.
