I always felt Isabella was a missed opportunity. In her introductory scene in the Vampire Wars, she was an interesting and compelling character, who seemed as eager to use Vlad for her goals as he was to use her for his. Then her characterisation was reduced to Vlad's wife and a damsel in distress. Heck, the way she falls apart after Vlad's death is just absurd when one of the major traits of vampires is that they can be resurrected. Maybe if it was a different writer for the Vampire Wars Trilogy she'd have been awesome.

So about those spiky armors the vampire love to wear, did Vlad introduce that style of fashion when he came to Sylvania or has the Sylvanian nobility always been rocking those spikes?
What i dont undertand is why do all of the legendary vampire lords dont wear helmets i meen helmets are one of the most important pieces of amor because the head is so important

The old world much like our own world is all of the land mass in the eastern hemisphere of the warhammer world. The new world is the land occupied by the dark elves, lizardmen, and the vampire coast in the Western Hemisphere.
You know I thought the same thing, but when I checked the spelling in the vampire wars novels it is actually spelled like that. Could have been a typo though.

You forget that losing a lover clouds rationale, and just because you can revive them doesn't mean you gonna remember that in the moment.

They always had a great Gothic style, I just turned it up to 11
