    27 yrs later I still can’t watch without crying. As a huge nirvana fan and a 19 yr old this album had just came out. Nirvana was the band that introduced me to alternative rock they changed the way I thought, dressed, and acted. For me time is measured in before kurts death and after .today taylor Hawkins died it brought me back to April 1994. I thought of Dave and how crushed he must be to hear a friend and band mate was dead again.

    • @Darrenski
      @Darrenski 11 месяцев назад

      Yeah dave the serial killer kabalist must have been crushed. And with each death his own lame band score a nice peak in sales. Funny how all the old grunge guys are dead, all but satanist grohl and confessed satanist Eddie vedder. And before you start Kurt was never friends with grohl, he couldn't stand the man. And oh yeah, grohl the sympathy whore also lost his mother. How on earth will a middle aged millionaire cope with such a loss.. I'm guessing the same way I did minus the money. Grohl is the biggest phoney in the music business. I'd do a a little research on him before you put him on a pedestal. He's a fake and a terrible actor. Don't bother reading the early books after Kurt's death..instead watch the documentary the PI Courtney Love hired to provide her with an alibi. But being an ex cop he smelled something wasn't right. And he actually did his job properly proving that almost certainly Love had him murdered, he knows who pulled the trigger and why. I'm guessing they haven't shown that documentary stateside considering how many Americans still buy the official story despite the events in the inquest are physically impossible. Plus if you bought a gun with the sole purpose of killing yourself would you buy a .22, designed to kill rats! And it was very responsible of Kurt to shoot himself in the head and still put the lid back on the needle and put his used works in his little safe box. But the best bit of all was when courtney (when I grow up I want to be able to read) Love actually read the last part of his very convincing suicide letter and she expects ppl to believe one of the most talented and original artists of the 90s would finish a suicide note with the most corny cliche of all time... 'its better to burn out than to fade away'... the most unoriginal, cringe, totally, un-kurt like words even spoken.

    He sang other people's lyrics much clearer, maybe because they were not his feelings. He seemed to blur his own lyrics when he sang them, maybe because they were very raw and hit him hard, I don't know but he always seemed to be a little apprehensive about sharing such deep emotions of his own, seemed he couldn't do anything else though because he felt everything on such a deep level. But that's what gave us the poetry. Miss him still. Thanks for giving Gen X a voice Kurt, we were all a bit sick and tired of the baggage we inherited and the world's injustices too.

      Tal vez mi cancuon favorita del unplugged fue where did you sleep lasth night,igual que oh me,no es un tema suyo pero la forma en que grito al final y el cover en general fue increible...

      Es poesía, es una hermosa canción. Te ayuda a reflexionar sobre la vida y como buscar la tranquilidad en momentos difíciles.

      But we as fans were excited about a collab with Eddie Vedder.... And the disappointment was big back in the day.

      @@andreaschlapek780 Not really. Kurt didn't like pearl jams style of music. It wasn't a big deal in fact no one ever talked about that. I've never heard anything about a major disappointment and I'm from Seattle. It would of been a weird combo.

      Well the other groups didn’t really need Kurt’s help and I’m pretty sure he was doing it to help those guys out. It’s just speculation though.

      Sounds PERFECT !
      I turn off all the lights put on a headlamp ,get out my drumsticks and little flute or piccolo, or whatever it is - plug in the clearest and loudest quality Bluetooth Speaker and quietly accompany them and just listen ...to this beautiful acoustic Concert and Kurt's Heavenly magical Voice ..and yes in the middle of the night - to do exactly THAT!
      Also - I figure, if anyone is going to visit me it would be around THAT hour. I'm just kidding about that. Sort of.
      Seem crazy?
      What might seem crazier, is that
      I am a 70 year old Grandmother of 4.
      I cant help it if Ireally do still feel 25 . RIP Kurt 💜
