All the time!! I see it constantly here and elsewhere. Just because you have the right of way doesn’t mean you get to be stupid and cause an accident. There’s a thing called the last clear chance doctrine and if you could have avoided the accident, yet still caused it, you’ll be held liable, at least partly. It obviously depends.

I don't care if 99 times there's not another car on the road, that 100th time is the one that will get you. She/he/it didn't even bother to touch the brakes from what I can tell.

WTH So everyone driving should stop when they don't have a sign just to prepare for an emergency? @@paulbean_me The 1st clip from #24 features a sedan pit maneuvering themselves while driving aggressively with the cammers vehicle while the cammer maintained his lane. That’s not on the cammer. The 2nd clip is a little more 50/50 but the pickup driver did run afterwards and was gunning it in general.
@luke_cohen1 watch the first clip again... the sedan was in the wrong but you can see the cammer move slightly left and he wasn't braking like he should have been. Even without the sedan cutting over on him, he would have had to brake really hard to not hit the car in front of him. That man didn't want that sedan in front of him regardless if the sedan caused it.
@luke_cohen1 the 2nd clip I went to the cammers page and watch the whole video and definitely the truck the cammer hit was at fault. But in that video the cammer also put himself in the position to get hit the same as the first.

@@rogersmith7808 He clearly had some kind of bag that he pulled out of the rear driver's side but then he went around and opened the rear passenger side door but couldn't tell if he was removing more stuff or just putting the bag on that side. Could've had weapons/drugs he was looking to stash/get rid of before the cops showed up.

0:37 that small car rocked that truck. Always check that ALL lanes are clear when accepting the graciousness of the stopped vehicle in oncoming traffic.
Almost every post has one of these where someone is 'nice' and lets a driver turn left across multiple lanes. STOP!! Unless all of the lanes are clear you are contributing to an accident. And then that person who was being nice just drives off, blaming the driver they let through for not looking. If there are multiple lanes going your way, and they aren't all stopped, the turning driver can go down to the next intersection with a light. Much safer.

What was with the camer in clip 19? The cars coming from the left were clearly too close and how do you get tunnel vision when making a turn? It’s basic driving etiquette that you must look both ways. Also I’m not sure which driver had the tunnel vision the description in the clip is confusing to me so let me know if I’m mistaken in what I said above.

He had family in the truck with him. Checked on one kid, then the wife on the other side. I think that same kid opened the door on the other side to get out.
@@mommymarine1756 That guy removed something from the back seat (on the driver's side). I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure that it was not a child that he removed, as he appeared to grab a towel or something and covered it up first (before removing it from the truck).
