I'm passing for a similar situation, but i'm not stressed, the problem is that I care a lot about school, and a 95% makes me feel bad, and that affects my self-steem. Also I hope you can rest peacefully on some moment of the month. I care a lot about other people, so here's a list of thing you can do: FOOD🍮 🧋Milk tea: put some black tea in a cup and add a bit of milk, you can use other teas like black tea with cinnamon and clove, earl grey, chai, etc. dont put a lot of ice in the bottle like Starbucks, 2 are fine. I'm having a really bad anxiety, in a week I have my big final exams before leaving highscool and everything's changing, I'll move to another city with my gf and I'll go to art academy as I've always dreamed of but I'll leave behind all the world I know and the few people I care for. It’s funny that I’ve been stressed over my Spanish lesson all day and this appeared. I was in class and the teacher asked me for a tense, but I panicked and explained that I don’t work well under pressure. She gave me a disappointed look and then glared at me for the rest of the lesson. I know that I’m bad at Spanish, but she doesn’t have to show her disapproval as well. This probably sounds simple and I know that it definitely affected me more than it should have😅

Start seeing school as a place to learn and understand things, and not as a torture, or a place for others to judge you. I have to read my paper about social anxiety disorder tomorrow, but since I actually have this disorder I'm feeling really scared. I was thinking about informing my teacher, but I didn't want to use it as a lame excuse. I'm currently writing it right now and I don't think it's good at all. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal because it's just a simple presentation; I often get sad and angry at myself for feeling this way. I don't want to care anymore but my brain won't listen to me! Anyway....... aside from all of that, this playlist is helping me calm down a little so thanks....
im a co producer student for an animation project, lockdown is hindering my abilities to work as well as my abilities to contact my studio members, but despite it all i can't get an extension since its client work... i like to listen to your music while i work. it really does make my feel better, though i have little faith in finishing the client project on time, failing quietly feels much more comforting than breaking myself down all the way to the end. thanks for reminding me that im worth more than this work.
update, the work has been done. somehow, i dont know how it happened, but we actually pulled through. all the progress charts are green and the client (despite how unreasonable they were with the reviews) is finally happy. It makes me glad to know that we finished the work, but i sure as hell didn't think that was worth it. No work should be so terrible that it makes you want to quit, i thought my sensation of wanting to quit was because of my weak constitution, i thought i was spoiled. but now that i look back, it certainly was horrible, it was so horrible i thought it was because i was useless, and if i fell back i'd be easily replaced. that wasn't the case at all. i was too hard on myself. Im writing this because i think someone needs to hear it. if you think you're useless, i cannot argue with you since i dont know your situation. but what i do know is that you're a person, just like me. and if you were treated right, if you had the opportunity to grow, you'd be soaring through the clouds. I did need to hear that, thank you. I was just remembering how I use to laugh so much, but I no longer got to feel the same laugh; you know where you just laugh so hard and it hurts your side, you are wheezing or crying too... just weird hearing myself laugh and remembering it isn't a genuine laugh... I can remember some moments where I did laugh out loud but it just rarely happens now? I wonder what could have caused me to stop laughing a lot like i use to.
I notice that I laugh more around certain people. If you hope to laugh and smile genuinely more often, you can't do that alone. Quarantine has put us all in a pretty difficult situation one way or another, but you can try to surround yourself with good people even if it's online. Hope this helps :)

My anxiety is confusing and random, and intense. I could be in my most comfortable spot, completely fine, and all it takes is one stray thought and I'm back in it again. I was not always like this. Emotions are so complicated, I sometimes wish I could just leave everything I know behind and live somewhere new. There's so much baggage where I am in life right now. I just want it all to stop, for a little bit. I know I'll find my way again, but waiting for it to be found is so difficult.
I met her playing League of Legends. She was on my friends list. A friend of mine who borrowed my account had added her. We revealed our names, not our surnames. We were nothing but our own nicks. We started talking about feelings and likes. We'd share music occasionally. She was a far better player than I was. Later on that year, the students organized a LoL championship for the high-school anniversary. One of the teams needed a jungler and I volunteered to fill up the role as a teacher so I gave my students my nick. That evening, right after classes I received a message: "I KNOW WHO YOU ARE!" The girl I was getting deeply involved emotionally with turned out to be my student. I knew she was 18, come of age. We were both shocked so we stopped talking... Or I did. She would keep messaging me. One day she was really annoyed... PISSED OFF, actually. That's when I realised that I couldn't continue my every day life without talking to her. I was deeply in love with her, not the student, and she was deeply in love with me, not the teacher. I was invited to prom. I was in a band with three of her classmates so we all sat at the same table for the prom cocktail. Our eye-contact was a bit obvious, fiery... I was melting inside, so was she. We started dating seriously. She moved in and we spent the best 3 years of our lives together, up until one of her friends made up a false story about her having been involved with me when she was a minor. She was so blatant and bold that my 3-year girlfriend doubted me. She dumped me. We continued chatting for two more years. Half of the time she was hating on me, half of the time she was loving me. I don't want to meet anybody else. I still love her. She already has a boyfriend. I have had women come up to me, but I'm just not ready for a relationship. I don't know if I will ever be able to move on. I still love her and wish her and her family the best. Her father passed away last year. We were great friends, but the rest of her family bought her friend's story. I haven't been able to cope with this horrible grief. Why so much hate towards our relationship? I used to play this music while playing LoL together... Now I use this genre to cry my depression away. I only wish I could have her in my arms again, to feel her skin, hear her sweet and delicate voice mixed with mine saying simultaneously: "I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU". Maybe... she still does. Maybe she always will. I know I will.

I'm having a really bad anxiety, in a week I have my big final exams before leaving highscool and everything's changing, I'll move to another city with my gf and I'll go to art academy as I've always dreamed of but I'll leave behind all the world I know and the few people I care for. This playlist is helping me study without much anxiety and bad thoughts and thanks to this I can focus on the positive aspects of moving on a new chapter of my life. It will be better, I know, I'll be finally free, but leaving behind a lot of people and things is always a big emotional step, I will miss them and I don't know if I'll ever meet again.

It’s funny that I’ve been stressed over my Spanish lesson all day and this appeared. I was in class and the teacher asked me for a tense, but I panicked and explained that I don’t work well under pressure. She gave me a disappointed look and then glared at me for the rest of the lesson. I know that I’m bad at Spanish, but she doesn’t have to show her disapproval as well. This probably sounds simple and I know that it definitely affected me more than it should have😅

@@maya3i295 From one sensitive and emotional person to another, don't beat yourself too much about school. Especially for maths, it's ok not to know an answer! Start seeing school as a place to learn and understand things, and not as a torture, or a place for others to judge you. You shouldn't have to feel so bad about school, don't let it waste your time and control how you feel. If you don't know the answer to the question, be honest with yourself and just say it. You're here to learn it!

I have to read my paper about social anxiety disorder tomorrow, but since I actually have this disorder I'm feeling really scared. I was thinking about informing my teacher, but I didn't want to use it as a lame excuse. I'm currently writing it right now and I don't think it's good at all. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal because it's just a simple presentation; I often get sad and angry at myself for feeling this way. I don't want to care anymore but my brain won't listen to me! Anyway....... aside from all of that, this playlist is helping me calm down a little so thanks....
im a co producer student for an animation project, lockdown is hindering my abilities to work as well as my abilities to contact my studio members, but despite it all i can't get an extension since its client work... i like to listen to your music while i work. it really does make my feel better, though i have little faith in finishing the client project on time, failing quietly feels much more comforting than breaking myself down all the way to the end. thanks for reminding me that im worth more than this work.
update, the work has been done. somehow, i dont know how it happened, but we actually pulled through. all the progress charts are green and the client (despite how unreasonable they were with the reviews) is finally happy.
It makes me glad to know that we finished the work, but i sure as hell didn't think that was worth it. No work should be so terrible that it makes you want to quit, i thought my sensation of wanting to quit was because of my weak constitution, i thought i was spoiled. but now that i look back, it certainly was horrible, it was so horrible i thought it was because i was useless, and if i fell back i'd be easily replaced. that wasn't the case at all. i was too hard on myself.
Im writing this because i think someone needs to hear it. if you think you're useless, i cannot argue with you since i dont know your situation. but what i do know is that you're a person, just like me. and if you were treated right, if you had the opportunity to grow, you'd be soaring through the clouds. I'm passing for a difficult situation, the problem is that I care a lot about school, and a 95% makes me feel bad, and that affects my self-steem. Also I care a lot about other people, so here's a list of thing you can do to feel better:
FOOD🍮
🧋Milk tea: put some black tea in a cup and add a bit of milk, you can use other teas like black tea with cinnamon and clove, earl grey, chai, etc. dont put a lot of ice in the bottle like Starbucks, 2 are fine. You can drink it in your bed, with your childhood teddy or in your favourite spot of your room/house.
🥪Sandwich: try to use thing that are not going to make you thirsty, like lettuce or a slice of tomato, dont use things like mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, peanut butter, etc. try to make it more healthy
🍓Fruit: wash your fruits and slice them, you can eat 2 pieces of fruit, you can try these combos:
-🍑&🍓 peaches and strawberrys
-🥝&🍇 kiwi and grapes
-🍐&🍎 pear and red apples
-🫐&🍒 blueberrys and cherrys
-🍒&🥭 cherrys and mango ( or eating the mango like cardi b, or with cardi b, you can watch the vid of cardi eating mango and eating yours at the same time, it's like you are eating with her 😅)

I did need to hear that, thank you. I was just remembering how I use to laugh so much, but I no longer got to feel the same laugh; you know where you just laugh so hard and it hurts your side, you are wheezing or crying too... just weird hearing myself laugh and remembering it isn't a genuine laugh... I can remember some moments where I did laugh out loud but it just rarely happens now? I wonder what could have caused me to stop laughing a lot like i use to.
I notice that I laugh more around certain people. If you hope to laugh and smile genuinely more often, you can't do that alone. Quarantine has put us all in a pretty difficult situation one way or another, but you can try to surround yourself with good people even if it's online.

My anxiety is confusing and random, and intense. I could be in my most comfortable spot, completely fine, and all it takes is one stray thought and I'm back in it again. I was not always like this. Emotions are so complicated, I sometimes wish I could just leave everything I know behind and live somewhere new. There's so much baggage where I am in life right now. I just want it all to stop, for a little bit.
I know I'll find my way again, but waiting for it to be found is so difficult.
I met her playing League of Legends. She was on my friends list. A friend of mine who borrowed my account had added her. We revealed our names, not our surnames. We were nothing but our own nicks. We started talking about feelings and likes. We'd share music occasionally. She was a far better player than I was. Later on that year, the students organized a LoL championship for the high-school anniversary. One of the teams needed a jungler and I volunteered to fill up the role as a teacher so I gave my students my nick. That evening, right after classes I received a message: "I KNOW WHO YOU ARE!" The girl I was getting deeply involved emotionally with turned out to be my student. I knew she was 18, come of age. We were both shocked so we stopped talking... Or I did. She would keep messaging me. One day she was really annoyed... PISSED OFF, actually. That's when I realised that I couldn't continue my every day life without talking to her. I was deeply in love with her, not the student, and she was deeply in love with me, not the teacher. I was invited to prom. I was in a band with three of her classmates so we all sat at the same table for the prom cocktail. Our eye-contact was a bit obvious, fiery... I was melting inside, so was she. We started dating seriously. She moved in and we spent the best 3 years of our lives together, up until one of her friends made up a false story about her having been involved with me when she was a minor. She was so blatant and bold that my 3-year girlfriend doubted me. She dumped me. We continued chatting for two more years. Half of the time she was hating on me, half of the time she was loving me.
I don't want to meet anybody else. I still love her. She already has a boyfriend. I have had women come up to me, but I'm just not ready for a relationship. I don't know if I will ever be able to move on. I still love her and wish her and her family the best. Her father passed away last year. We were great friends, but the rest of her family bought her friend's story. I haven't been able to cope with this horrible grief. Why so much hate towards our relationship?
