Get Bigger, Better Shoulders With This 2 Barbell Shoulder Press "Machine"

- This is an improvised "machine" exercise done using two barbell set in the power rack instead of an actual shoulder press machine.
You'll just set two bars on the rails - one end high up, one end a bit lower than shoulder height. Load both ends with 25 lb (or less) weight plates.
Stand outside the rack, facing away from the rack and grip the ends of the barbells. Then just press up, leaning your body forward as you press.

you bet! The rack is just incredibly versatile - I'm always amazed at how much you can really do with it.

I live in a tiny city apartment... doesn't matter how cheap I can find one, it just ain't gonna happen! LOL. Even the gym I go to doesn't have a power rack. jeez.
I found one like Nick's on Craigslist for $300. Just keep your eyes open.
