    definitely does! It's similar to a cable cross-over in that you get tension even past the centerline of the body, only you're able to do it with a press.

    that would make it a bit tougher. All you have is a decline bench press setup bench? Does it have a decline ab board?

    I mean I get the idea of what your doing. I'm not going to go into science with it. It's a great substitutes if you don't have cables.

    HOLLYSHITTTTT MAN i swair to god i was think earlier if i could think of a way to do a workout like this n BAMMMMMMM i had forgot or moved on to somothershit watching elliots channel then he suggested ur link n here ya go good shit man.....too bad i dont have a bench with footpegs like that..u know hows i was manufactoring this in my head was laying regular n somhow hanging one shoulder off the bech at the same time the other shoulder was somhow elevated n though thats stupid wouldntwork n just moved on thinking of othershit in my head..mybadfor righting a bunch of nonsence good video thanks!

      yea my bench doesnt even decline either just flat n4 or 5 notches up to 90 but its all good in just getting back to workining out bout3months in n almost outgrowing the nieghborhood gym but ima make shir when i get a real member ship to include this thanks bro
