you were right the first time, it was a 10mm bolt under the airbag symbol. just finished mine, didn't quite take as much down as you did, just curled the zip ties so i could grab the ends with needle nose pliers. broke two trim clips as i was putting things back...oh well. thanks for the video, was super helpful.
Thank you for posting! I recently purchased the 2021 Honda Odyssey EXL. I plan on installing the front and rear dash cams on my own. Your video is extremely helpful. When should we expect to see the front camera installation?
This install is for a permanent install. Avoiding the side curtain airbags is very important to how you route the wiring. This install is for long term, don't want to be going back in there because the hatch pinch the wire and now have to go back in and replace a wire. Do it right the first time 🙂. Lots of moving parts and lots of airbags that you need to route the wiring and secure properly.
definitely worth it to do it right the first time. i did a one channel to the front, which was easy but the rear hatch is always a pain getting it through the lift arm. thanks for the video, the detail is great.

What is the little orange tool you used to pry the panels off? I'm trying to decide if I want to attempt doing this myself or not in my 2018 Odyssey.
You can find a set on Amazon. Just search plastic panel removal tools
How long did the installation take?
wow looks like a big pain. i've installed 5 and they all seemed straightforward this looks like a hassle
