What level are your guys? It seems like you're out-leveling this, and are well supplied with all sorts of skills and items. I don't see how it's possible to beat this without coming back it to later in the game.
Not out-leveling, just good at stealing :D . Most of those skills are from stealing in the first 4h-5h of the game. Check the playtrough and you'll see what things do to first.
