OVERGROWN YARD! Toro Grandstand vs. Hustler Super Z!

Hey there folks! Welcome to my VERY FIRST. "mowing tall grass" video on the channel! I rarely ever get called or have the chance to do a property like this so i figured I would record a video for you guys see. This back yard is SUPER overgrown. This back yard never gets used so it doesn't ever get mowed. So, I had to put the Hustler Super Z to work and see how it does in this wet, thick grass! Zach and I were helping each other out since we were both a little behind from the rain.

I mow an 8 acre field regularly when 8-10 " tall with an old Kubota zd21. No problem - things a champ but a bit heavy on the damn of pond.

Just wondering did you feel at any time while mowing the lawnmower start to bog down do to the high grass? I’m asking because I’m torn between scag and Hustler I’m trying to get a commercial grade mower and I’m down to theses two
