Great rebuild. I tend to use build lube or at least oil on assembly for initial startup and I thought it was best to pre-soak the clutch pack before install - but I am no expert - I bet you've done enough of these to know what's needed and what's not. Thanks for the video.
If the user of this motorcycle, especially at the beginning, moves carefully, the clutch plugs will properly saturate with oil. But Dad and I, in the old days, always oiled it, just to be sure. I remember getting soaked in it a few times. Perhaps these presented shields do not need it. Regards!
عمل رائع لكن هناك ملاحظة الرنديلة المزدوجة عند سياخ الصباب تحت براغي تثبيت الكولاص يجب قصها أوتبديلها برنديلتين منفصلتين لأنه مع حركة سياخ الصباب مع الوقت يحصل أو أرتخأء براغي عيار الصباب يحمل سيخ الصباب على الرنديلة المزدوجة مما يؤدي إلى خلل في عمل المكنة بالطبع هوا من النادر حصول هذه الحالة لكن لتجنب الوقوع في أي خطأ واعتذر عن تدخلي لاكن من باب النصح وشكرا من سوريا

I have a 200 cc Chinese dirtbike engine that's a big bore big stroke version of this. It was odd cracking the valve cover to find pushrods. Other than being bigger the Chinese engine is also a exact clone of the Honda and many parts even interchange.
When you kick start the engine, if that lever is not automatically coming back, you should check the kick start spring. Its common problem on this engine type. Another thing to consider is good carb, maybe you can refer its manual, usually the use Keihin PD series.

you're right, the factory recommends lubricating the clutch before assembly.

Existe uma melhor maneira de montar os anéis e dar maior compressão no motor, não se deve acelerar a moto na primeira pegada.

Vdd aí de 2000 a 2008 consertaram esse vazamento e passou a ter outro atropelamento de válvula.
