I love the Bleakwood Staff. I think it's actually my favorite ranged weapon of all time. I understand that the Briar Javelin can be argued as the more superior and skill focused of the two, but the staff is too damn good IMO. It's right up my alley. Respectable damage on a relatively low overcharge cost and one of (if not the) best crowd control ability in the game. Equip the right talents and perks (heatsink is a must with the free crits build) and the staff is unparalleled in versatility and utility. Edit: I know it's a common top tier build for the staff, but there's so much that combines well with it. It's like the build is perfect. It flows so well.
Best sister build. Barrage is good alternative trait for staff and the thicket that pushes enemies back is great alternative for black venom thicket Also dual swords is a fantastic choice if you’re not good at dual dags or sword+dag
Great video as always Choco! I think this class is a great addition to vermintide but I don't see me ever using her over waystalker. Waystalker is just too much fun :)) Plus I don't like how obvious they've made her op for more $$ Gonna wait till they nerf her before I buy her :))
honestly, it may not get nerfed. I think some skills might get tweaked but the class as a whole really doesn't need to be outright nerfed. it's good no doubt, but it's really not OP, just very different and has advantages in certain situations. I don't recall grail knight getting nerfed and I remember seeing the hype over how it was too strong when really it's just different and felt strong because it had advantages in certain situations over other careers. Pleasantly surprised with how this class feels.
As per ususal really good gameplay, just a thing I noticed is that you haven't made full use of the thornwall. With the two simultaneous cooldowns it's available pretty frequently escpecially with the lvl 20 Talent you chose.
For sure they will. It is pretty standard gaming character release practice. Creating an OP character to attract people into buying them after a while -> nerf.
@@TildeSymbol well to be fair, OE was never really that strong, and GK is still arguably kruber’s best career, so it could go either way. I think if she does get nerfed it’ll probably target Radiant Inheritance because it’s just so fucking busted, but honestly the rest of her kit seems fine imo
Seeing Chaos Warriors and the Nurgle sorcerors levitate like Sugar Plum fairies is probably my favorite thing about Sister of Thorns so far.

The performance of STAFF is crazy. SnD is an excellent weapon for me personally to handle various cases.
