I not sure about this, I check the review on novel update site, and it become worse later there since it get the same problem that most korean novel get ?, here is one of it (at least the summary, for more detail, check it yourself on that site): + Trash of counts family is kinda representing how are the downfall of most korean novels in NU. It has amazing start, pretty good premise, and interesting MC. But slowly, the lack of main plot development, the repetitive plot progression, the lackness of challenge/tension, and the shallowness of supporting characters traits, tookover and ruining the novels. tr*sh of counts family, The Novels extra, EER, Tutorial is too hard, LMS, n so many awesome korean novels suffer and ruined in later chapters because of those aspects. I am kinda sad because I actually really love all those novels before their downfall
@@royaldarkness8453 I think that person does not come until where the main character does not rely on the novel that he had read, which is why it seems kinda boring, slow and repetitive because in the early part it much more focus on the plot building where everything is getting building up, after the building up moment, then come the revelation part where each of the thing that they encounter or plan in the early part being revealed. Just from my opinion, cause still reading it, currently on chapter 327.

Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint maybe? I mean there is reincarnation, and it's the MC of the story(sort of). But all in all also a great manhua and worthy of a read
"Omniscent reader's viewpoint" (Same studio as Solo Leveling) and "The Beginning After the End" are both my favourites. The manhwa was so good that it got me to read the novels xd
Some recommendations: 1. Trash of the Count’s Family: Adapted from the web novel, it’s about a man who transmigrated from a monster invaded Korea to a fantasy world as a minor villain (the fantasy world is from a novel series back in Korea called “The Birth of a Hero”). In order to avoid being beaten up by the MC of the world, he helps him instead and gains ancient powers. His goal is to become a life long slacker, but is prevented by trouble from an evil organization, ‘White Star’. 2. The Beginning After the End: Adapted from a hit novel on Tapas, this is a story about a King who was reborn(?) as a baby boy in another magical world. He learns magic at an early age and hones his swordsmanship, making friends and bonding with a dragon along the way. 3. Villain Initialization: A villainous man is sent back to the past when he was in school, and his goal is to kill his nemesis, a hero, before he awakens his powers. Before he could, the hero dubs him as a good friend and awakens his powers while fighting against other villains. As the MC continues with his plans of killing the hero, he gains friends and uses his knowledge from the past to get rid of anyone in his way. 4. Beware of the Villainess: A Korean woman transmigrates into a romance novel as the villainess after a car accident. She decides to avoid trouble with the heroine by not bullying her and annulling her engagement with the prince. She realizes all four male leads of the novel are disgusting and unworthy men, so she protects the heroine and befriends her. She lives the way she wants, irritating the male leads, having fun with the heroine, and picking up a cute male servant. Hilarious! 5. Dungeon Reset After being dropped in another world full of dangerous monsters with other humans, the MC falls into a hole with spikes in the first stage. He misses the spikes and survives, and as the dungeon clears, everything resets, including all the traps and his health. Although he was supposed to die, he gains seemingly useless skills and utilizes what the dungeon has to offer. He lives strategically, creating homes, hunting food with the hole spikes, making servant golems after killing the first stage boss golem, etc. Comical!
All these are sooooo good, +1 on villain initialization cuz I LOVE that idea of the supervillain trying to kill the hero while he was still weak and getting into more and more misunderstandings... The characters are well thought out, art is great and the psychological evolution of the MC is credible; wouldn't you start doubting your beliefs when everything that made you a villain hasn't happened yet? But, well, it's not like the author could let him be a good guy xD (he makes a great villain, I definitely recommend that one)
The Great Mage Returns After 4000 Years has been a pretty addicting read, the plot gets thicker every chapter. I'm a little surprised that The Beginning After The End wasn't on the list since I can think of three Manwha on this list that it is better than.
the beggining after the end is def my favorite reincarnation manwha, but it is not about revenge so yeah it doesn't fit on this list since this list is not only about reincarnation, but revenge too.
I'd recommend Doctor With A Scalpel and The Villainess Reverses The Hourglass for this particular theme. Outside of that, there's Beware Of The Villainess and Lady And The Beast
God I love Tales of Demons and Gods. It is just so good! Way better than most cultivation stories. I just love the world building, the characters growth in strength. Everything feels earned and not cheated. I just gosh darn love it.

I strongly recommend Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint manga and novel both are good As name suggests he is omniscient, the world turns into an apocalyptic world based on a novel only he read but he's weak and the main character of the novel can resurrect thanks to a unique ability so our Reader has to use the knowledge of the book to avoid death and reach the good ending that the MC achieved after countless retries
Oh and also dokja was not avoiding death haha I mean he died a couple of times and was adopted by Hades ..also yeah it's regression not ressurect ..good summary though ❣️

My recommendation is 1) bastard (thrilling) completed. 2) sweet home (post-apocalyptic, thrilling) completed. They are both from the same artist And they are one of the best manhwa out there.

Definitely read the returner's magic should be special because it is awesome. He uses his past knowledge to band together a team which can save the world from ending and even when he's not the strongest person in room, he still comes out on top because of his intelligence.

Recommendation: Second Coming of Gluttony. Tag/s: Isekai(yes and no), Romance, Harem(?), No powerups friendship and other bullshit, MC berserk mode once in a while(fucking worth), Comedy and lots of waifus to choose from. Novel translated: 430+ eng chapters translated 560+ ended raws Go read the novel first before the manwha the first 20-40 chaps are lowkey boring but you'll understand it once the story progress. It has manwha but I do not recommend reading it since it's missing a lot of key points of the story. Give it a shot if you read novels.
My absolute favorite read, had to stop reading it for a while to let chapter catch up since I was spending too much money on the previews on wuxiaworld. Its just sooo goooddd
(Solo leveling) is best. the beginning after the end, magic emperor, SSS-class suicide hunter, ranker who live a second time, reverse villain, and the second coming of gluttony are some of the best reincarnation manhwas.
Mangas later to the solo leveling are all isekai and you can also not include SSS... because he just revives not reincarnate and Solo leveling has nothing with the reincarnation list it's just my personal recommendation😄

When it comes to revenge, nothing can beat rooftop sword master. Because the narrative techniques of that manhwa feels very personal. It's like you're the one in the protagonist's shoes and feel deeply his anger and hatred. And when he finally obtains power to execute the evildoers, there's this surge of unbelievable feelings of relieve and satisfaction, it's like a burden just got lifted off you. So far, there's no other manhwa that can give me similar feelings like that
"Chronicles of Heavenly Demon" fits the category perfectly. It's a cultivation mahnwa though but it's somehow so unique already because the MC uses a spear which is really rare(somehow in every manga/mahnwa I know the MC uses either a sword or double daggers xD). Anyways you should really give it a shot.

Tbh, Leylin had murdered millions of souls, turned their destiny as a joke so he could make them as literal tools, plunged worlds into chaos, and many more. The act of those is already accepted as being an Anti-hero. Especially so on the title, he got when he ascended to Overgodhood.
@@vanjosh7763 yes but i think that behavior is more of a villain than an anti hero for me, the best example that i know of is about the MC of Divine Throne of Primordial Blood, he is just like Leylin except has moral grounds and knows where the line is, and his experiment's goal is for the benefit of humanity too
@@richardricafort6631 he does closely resemble that character. Tbh, he isn't as pure of a villain mindset, since villans do it for the sake of pleasure. Leylin does it for the sake of purpose, and he even sides with his own new Snake Clan and had families too. The world he was in is really a more fucked up one where good and evil is defined by the rulers (the Magus) themselves despite how horrendous their rulings are. And, what Leylin did was more of a swift and less damage when compared to the other higher echelon magus who enslaved many dimensional planes, and billions of races out in the void for hundred thousands of years .
the tails of demons and gods is one of my firsts and i thought it has a very cool plot and world. it just frustrates me because of the rumors that the author has given up on the light novel and trashes the whole series by uploading only a chapter per month.
same here, it started out really interesting but then the pace just picked up so quickly that it seemed like the author just wanted to get to the end quickly :/
If we're talking strong female leads, then I would recommend The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass. It's gotten kind of far, but let me tell you, it's gonna get even better. The LN is awesome, and the mc literally just fucks with everyone on the path to revenge. Even better, she doesn't change into this nice lovey dovey girl or some shit for the ML, she stays true to her ideals and path to revenge.
well the only problem is the manhwa was rush and skips a lot but I think they just did that in order just to finish the trial arc...so better read the LN to be more detailed on what's going on

Beginning after the end my favorite. magic Emperor great the mc one of the best mc out their. the great mage returns after 4000 years is also good but not enough chpt in my opinion to say if it's great or not. the others he mentioned are okay I'm not as excited to read new chpt as this three and couple other that I forget.

Here is an personal in-depth review of some of the mentioned manhwa's. I am up to date with all of them. 1 - Solo Leveling 10/10 God tier, sometimes I wish things were a bit more challenging for the MC 😂 2 - Kill The Hero 8/10 So far, the story is quite interesting, takes a different spin from your usual good guy MC. Technically still a good guy but more "dark" Still a very new story with only 36 chapters. 3 - The Beginning After The End 9/10 Another godly MC but this time you get to know their childhood. If your more into fantasy worlds with an RPG vibe and godly powerful MC who keeps it quiet. Give this a shot 4 - The Great Mage Return After 4000 Years 8.5/10 And another godly mc but this time, straight to adult-hood. A fantasy world with more of a realistic vibe. MC don't give no 2 fks and will display his power for all to see. Not that overpowered. YET. 5 - Trash of the Count's Family - 7/10 Extremely young story, 24 chapters so far. Instead of being the over-powered MC, you're a side character that is the main character. Ik. 6 - Tomb Raider King - 7/10 The beginning was very interesting, see all the artifacts and the MC using them. MC is more brains than OP. But everything went downhill during the later chapters for me personally. "small spoiler" The MC acquired TONS of relics but literally 99% of them were never shown. The story got very repetitive and although I read up to date, I do not find myself excited for the next chapter and thus dropped it. 7 - Tales of Demons and Gods - 7/10 I am not a big fan of the "cultivation" type of stories but nevertheless, gave this manhwa ago. A young story not set plotline yet but decided to drop this as I approached the up to date chapters. I found almost every ancient Chinese styled manhwa has paragraphs to read and that is a turn off for me. 8 - God of Blackfield - 7/10 I prefer fantasy lol. I read up to date but decided to stop after.

yeah, one is Korean and one is Chinese manhua also has panels kind of like japanese manga too, although i prefer mostly manhwa because of the better translation, there are some really good manhuas that have good translation as well, i recomend one called moshi fanren, you wont regret it, also im pretty sure tales of demons and gods is also a manhua which is really well translated and awesome, other than that im currently reading magic emperor and translation is decent for the most part.

Kind of in the same trend of "the villainess lives twice" i recommend -Ebony (my personaly fav villainess manhwa) -remarried empress -The justice of villainous woman -the villainess reverses the hourglass( a very good time reversal one) -I've Become the Villainous Empress of a Novel -evil knight I recently took a liking to this kind of genre, at first i was like "what kind of pussy ass genre is this" but it is quite good once you read one.
Agreed, Reverend insanity is just on another level. Although the webtoon that they're working on is mediocre at best and doesn't showcase the real potential of the story at all. But the novel is a real masterpiece, so much so that even after reading hundreds of novels, only a handful of novels can clash with the place reverend insanity has in my heart.
@Sane Sure, "Supreme Magus" and "Birth of the Demonic Sword" would also be two of my favorites. If you like evil MC's, "Warlock of the Magus World" is also an excellent choice in my opinion. Though I may be slightly biased since it was among the first novels I read(still, try it out since it's completed already and that's rare in itself lol). Then another two stories I'd really recommend because of their great grammar, storytelling and world-building would be "Is that a Wisp?" and "Chrysalis". They're both based on characters that aren't human, but beasts or monsters. A new light on all of these fantasy novels out there. Hope I could help! :)

I not sure about this, I check the review on novel update site, and it become worse later there since it get the same problem that most korean novel get ?, here is one of it (at least the summary, for more detail, check it yourself on that site):

It has amazing start, pretty good premise, and interesting MC. But slowly, the lack of main plot development, the repetitive plot progression, the lackness of challenge/tension, and the shallowness of supporting characters traits, tookover and ruining the novels.
tr*sh of counts family, The Novels extra, EER, Tutorial is too hard, LMS, n so many awesome korean novels suffer and ruined in later chapters because of those aspects. I am kinda sad because I actually really love all those novels before their downfall
@@royaldarkness8453 I think that person does not come until where the main character does not rely on the novel that he had read, which is why it seems kinda boring, slow and repetitive because in the early part it much more focus on the plot building where everything is getting building up, after the building up moment, then come the revelation part where each of the thing that they encounter or plan in the early part being revealed.

"Omniscent reader's viewpoint" (Same studio as Solo Leveling) and "The Beginning After the End" are both my favourites. The manhwa was so good that it got me to read the novels xd
Some recommendations:
1. Trash of the Count’s Family:
Adapted from the web novel, it’s about a man who transmigrated from a monster invaded Korea to a fantasy world as a minor villain (the fantasy world is from a novel series back in Korea called “The Birth of a Hero”). In order to avoid being beaten up by the MC of the world, he helps him instead and gains ancient powers. His goal is to become a life long slacker, but is prevented by trouble from an evil organization, ‘White Star’.
2. The Beginning After the End:
Adapted from a hit novel on Tapas, this is a story about a King who was reborn(?) as a baby boy in another magical world. He learns magic at an early age and hones his swordsmanship, making friends and bonding with a dragon along the way.
3. Villain Initialization:
A villainous man is sent back to the past when he was in school, and his goal is to kill his nemesis, a hero, before he awakens his powers. Before he could, the hero dubs him as a good friend and awakens his powers while fighting against other villains. As the MC continues with his plans of killing the hero, he gains friends and uses his knowledge from the past to get rid of anyone in his way.
4. Beware of the Villainess:
A Korean woman transmigrates into a romance novel as the villainess after a car accident. She decides to avoid trouble with the heroine by not bullying her and annulling her engagement with the prince. She realizes all four male leads of the novel are disgusting and unworthy men, so she protects the heroine and befriends her. She lives the way she wants, irritating the male leads, having fun with the heroine, and picking up a cute male servant. Hilarious!
5. Dungeon Reset
After being dropped in another world full of dangerous monsters with other humans, the MC falls into a hole with spikes in the first stage. He misses the spikes and survives, and as the dungeon clears, everything resets, including all the traps and his health. Although he was supposed to die, he gains seemingly useless skills and utilizes what the dungeon has to offer. He lives strategically, creating homes, hunting food with the hole spikes, making servant golems after killing the first stage boss golem, etc. Comical!
Trash of the counts family is so good. It angers me how it’s less than 30 chapters and the author stillllllllll takes toooooo long to update.

All these are sooooo good, +1 on villain initialization cuz I LOVE that idea of the supervillain trying to kill the hero while he was still weak and getting into more and more misunderstandings... The characters are well thought out, art is great and the psychological evolution of the MC is credible; wouldn't you start doubting your beliefs when everything that made you a villain hasn't happened yet? But, well, it's not like the author could let him be a good guy xD (he makes a great villain, I definitely recommend that one)
The Great Mage Returns After 4000 Years has been a pretty addicting read, the plot gets thicker every chapter. I'm a little surprised that The Beginning After The End wasn't on the list since I can think of three Manwha on this list that it is better than.

It's like you're the one in the protagonist's shoes and feel deeply his anger and hatred. And when he finally obtains power to execute the evildoers, there's this surge of unbelievable feelings of relieve and satisfaction, it's like a burden just got lifted off you. So far, there's no other manhwa that can give me similar feelings like that

The act of those is already accepted as being an Anti-hero. Especially so on the title, he got when he ascended to Overgodhood.

Leylin does it for the sake of purpose, and he even sides with his own new Snake Clan and had families too. The world he was in is really a more fucked up one where good and evil is defined by the rulers (the Magus) themselves despite how horrendous their rulings are. And, what Leylin did was more of a swift and less damage when compared to the other higher echelon magus who enslaved many dimensional planes, and billions of races out in the void for hundred thousands of years .

the tails of demons and gods is one of my firsts and i thought it has a very cool plot and world. it just frustrates me because of the rumors that the author has given up on the light novel and trashes the whole series by uploading only a chapter per month.

If we're talking strong female leads, then I would recommend The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass. It's gotten kind of far, but let me tell you, it's gonna get even better. God tier, sometimes I wish things were a bit more challenging for the MC 😂
2 - Kill The Hero 8/10
So far, the story is quite interesting, takes a different spin from your usual good guy MC. Technically still a good guy but more "dark"
Still a very new story with only 36 chapters.
3 - The Beginning After The End 9/10
Another godly MC but this time you get to know their childhood. If your more into fantasy worlds with an RPG vibe and godly powerful MC who keeps it quiet. Give this a shot
4 - The Great Mage Return After 4000 Years 8.5/10
And another godly mc but this time, straight to adult-hood. A fantasy world with more of a realistic vibe. MC don't give no 2 fks and will display his power for all to see. Not that overpowered. YET.
5 - Trash of the Count's Family - 7/10
Extremely young story, 24 chapters so far. Instead of being the over-powered MC, you're a side character that is the main character. Ik.
6 - Tomb Raider King - 7/10
The beginning was very interesting, see all the artifacts and the MC using them. MC is more brains than OP. But everything went downhill during the later chapters for me personally. "small spoiler" The MC acquired TONS of relics but literally 99% of them were never shown. The story got very repetitive and although I read up to date, I do not find myself excited for the next chapter and thus dropped it.
7 - Tales of Demons and Gods - 7/10
I am not a big fan of the "cultivation" type of stories but nevertheless, gave this manhwa ago. A young story not set plotline yet but decided to drop this as I approached the up to date chapters. I found almost every ancient Chinese styled manhwa has paragraphs to read and that is a turn off for me.
8 - God of Blackfield - 7/10
I prefer fantasy lol. I read up to date but decided to stop after.

yeah, one is Korean and one is Chinese manhua also has panels kind of like japanese manga too, although i prefer mostly manhwa because of the better translation, there are some really good manhuas that have good translation as well, i recomend one called moshi fanren, you wont regret it, also im pretty sure tales of demons and gods is also a manhua which is really well translated and awesome, other than that im currently reading magic emperor and translation is decent for the most part.

Agreed, Reverend insanity is just on another level. Although the webtoon that they're working on is mediocre at best and doesn't showcase the real potential of the story at all. But the novel is a real masterpiece, so much so that even after reading hundreds of novels, only a handful of novels can clash with the place reverend insanity has in my heart.
@Sane Sure, "Supreme Magus" and "Birth of the Demonic Sword" would also be two of my favorites. If you like evil MC's, "Warlock of the Magus World" is also an excellent choice in my opinion. Though I may be slightly biased since it was among the first novels I read(still, try it out since it's completed already and that's rare in itself lol).
Then another two stories I'd really recommend because of their great grammar, storytelling and world-building would be "Is that a Wisp?" and "Chrysalis". They're both based on characters that aren't human, but beasts or monsters. A new light on all of these fantasy novels out there. Hope I could help! :)
