Well-designed compilation of the four prominent composers. All the five soloists are really excellent. The well-harmonized voices of the choir are also impressive. Thanks for the one-piece upload of this beautiful concert.

Absolut grossartig musiziert. Tom Kopman schält die Eigenheiten der einzelnen Komponisten wunderbar heraus und lässt die Solisten interpretieren. So macht Musikhören Spass.
Zeer grote complimenten voor avroklassiek/radio4 deze prachtige hoogtepunten van het festival oude muziek Utrecht als geheel en in onderdelen beschikbaar te stellen voor de liefhebbers van deze schitterende muziek!
-- (37:10) le haubois Benoît Laurent & la mezzo-soprano Margot Oitzinger s'accordent parfaitement pour faire chanter magnifiquement cet air de Bach. Le baryton Mauro Borgioni est remarquable. Bel enregistrement. --

Aaah, wonderful. I love Buxtehude, and even though I think Cantus Coln might have the slightly better version, this was a wonderful and serene version of the Furwahr. The rest I have less context to, and I loved it. Ton is an inspiration to watch and hear.
The conductor here is Lorenzo Ghielmi.
Not every conductor with a white beard is Ton Koopman!!

Jahoor we zijn niet zo formeel 57: 43 loopt er gewoon iemand door het beeld heen. Of was het een afgesproken pis pauze?

beau:mais sans ces effets de voix,ce serait encore plus beau! aucun de ces compositeurs n'a utilisé de tels effets,on chantait naturellement!en héritage du recto tono grégorien!
