I like how Kisaki is basically the anti-Takemichi.
All of Kisaki’s motivations and ambitions to become a gang member are exactly the same as Takemichi’s, except he does them for all the wrong reasons.
He’s a great foil. Takemichi does what he does because he’s selfless; Kisaki does what he does because he’s selfish. That’s why their rivalry works. It’s even why Kisaki respects Takemichi even though he’s so jealous of him

Seriously I didn't even realise that was Kisaki but he wasn't exactly wrong about getting what he wants there were many times where things went his way but luckily Takemichi was able to stop it sometimes but the only real reason for that is because of his time leap ability but even though he has that ability beating Kisaki and stopping him is near impossible he may very well be the smartest and most manipulative in Tokyo revengers but maybe one day Takemichi will be able to stop him

I partially agree, in terms of premise it's the best along with To Your Eternity and 86 but in overall quality... probably the 4th best of the season. That's just my opinion so you can tell me if you think I'm wrong.
