    A huge thankyou for this video. Have been in the trade for 40+ years and must admit I have never done this (been asked more than once). You are a true crafts man and hats of to you. I have recently moved into teaching Carpentry and would love to use your video. I have a cabinet maker friend who says what you did is not possible without being in a well equipped workshop and here you are on a clients front garden carrying out very skilled work using portable power tools. Have just subscribed

      Love this comment, thankyou Tina and yes you can use this video as much as you want. 😊 I've done quite a few of these and some much more tricky angled ones too.

    Can you use a circular saw with brand new blade doing the same process going in a few mil then going again to cut it fully off instead off the plunge saw.

      You can yes, but the plunge saw takes alot stress out of it.

      I filmed it on hyperlapse so there's no audio unfortunately. Thanks for watching. 👍

    How do you manage to keep the little gap between the bottom of the vertical centre panels and the bit you inserted?

      @BNMCarpentry  Год назад +1

      When I cut the bottom rail I keep the gap on it so when it's refitted it looks exactly the same.
