    Yes I feel soo healthy and energetic....😊 Because I changed my lifestyle from 01/01/2024 avoiding nonveg and sugar, Package food.... Now I'm pure vegetarian 😋

    Yes I m fit in this way but my weight is 68 kg now and continuously i m loosing my weight with my lots of efforts ......health is not a temporary project .....so let's pray for me 🙏 I want to reach my ideal weight...that is 55 kg. Stay happy and healthy all of you ❤

    I'm 23 year old and I'm facing constipation last 10 year ........ because of that I'm facing alot of health issues......even I eat Ghar ka khana I can't able to digest 😢😢

      Navya, even home food can make your stomach trouble
      . I suggest u to eat consciously may be more chapatis and rice are causing the trouble. I suggest u to try to eat lest grains and start eating fruits.

      Do bit half an hr exercise n have leafy vegetables n fruits more.. Take buttermilk after meal... That gives your constipation clear and more difficult days use Triffala or Himej coarsly grind with coated with castor oil little pinch of salt n hv wd warm water.. Your ten yrs constipated system willbe cleared

    Hey guys I am 16 years old and I am having dreams continously from last 1 year everyday. Even if I took a nap for 5 min I have a dream atleast. I'm really worrry bcs I cannot get a proper rest to mind what can I do to improve this?

      1. rub mustard oil on your feet before u sleep
      2. try some deep breathig exercises before u sleep

      It's ok to have lot of dreams at this age due to hormonal changes occuring in your body.This will reduce as you age more and more. I suggest doing meditation atleast 10 minutes every day.

    I meet all of them but once I was unhealthy I wasn't eating any nutritional food now I fulfill all my cravings even if I have to make it at home from scratch.
    I used to sleep at 5 or 6 in midnight but now with routine I fall asleep by 11.30 to 12 sometimes 10.30 and start my day early with deep sleep.
    Yes bowl movement gives me excitement that I have digested toxins.
    With little stretches everyday for atleast 5 min to 15 min makes my body relax also I follow calm meditation which help me retrospect my emotions which help me to better myself.
    Also drink lot of water any toxins which cannot be exited by bowl movement are thrown away by urine. Also your skin glows trust me.
    Blessed to be aware early.

    I have very high metabolism.
    I eat a lot , Do exercise daily for at least 30 minutes , walk for atleast 30 minutes ,
    Only eat healthy food not junk food .
    I feel very energetic all day and cleared all questions you have asked.

    Hi I am 23 years old I am facing trouble falling asleep and also waking up multiple times at night even though I am focusing on other things to not take stress but it comes naturally with the fear that I might not get a good night sleep again.
    I don’t take any kind of caffeine no tea or coffee neither any fizzy drinks.
