That gives your constipation clear and more difficult days use Triffala or Himej coarsly grind with coated with castor oil little pinch of salt n hv wd warm water.. hey sisto u might find it helpful 1. rub mustard oil on your feet before u sleep 2. try some deep breathig exercises before u sleep nd lastly eat healthy nd feel energetic
It's ok to have lot of dreams at this age due to hormonal changes occuring in your body.This will reduce as you age more and more. I suggest doing meditation atleast 10 minutes every day.
I meet all of them but once I was unhealthy I wasn't eating any nutritional food now I fulfill all my cravings even if I have to make it at home from scratch. I used to sleep at 5 or 6 in midnight but now with routine I fall asleep by 11.30 to 12 sometimes 10.30 and start my day early with deep sleep. Yes bowl movement gives me excitement that I have digested toxins. With little stretches everyday for atleast 5 min to 15 min makes my body relax also I follow calm meditation which help me retrospect my emotions which help me to better myself. Also drink lot of water any toxins which cannot be exited by bowl movement are thrown away by urine. Also your skin glows trust me. Blessed to be aware early.
