Materials Used:
Paint brushes, watercolor pencils, chalk pastels, mr super clear up matte spray, masking tape, Elmer’s glue extra strong formula, modge podge gloss, q-tips, paper towels, erasers, and water (to rinse brushes, activate the water color pencils, to clean mistakes, to boil and soften vinyl)
