Beautiful video. I just moved high up on a Mesa just over the AZ border into NM. No neighbors. I have a pack of wolves that I seem to have developed a strange connection with. Hard to explain. For the first three weeks they surrounded me everywhere I went. Now, when they see me, I assume it’s the alpha who will let out a howl but they don’t surround me anymore. They don’t show themselves either but they come to the west side of my land and now just the one lets me know when he sees me. It’s incredibly interesting; the energy. I also have a three legged fox that likes to hang out and a pair of big pigs that have made themselves at home on my property. They have startled me by walking right up behind me. At first they used to run but now they don’t seem to mind rooting around when I’m right there working. The elk come in droves in early evening. I’m in awe at the beauty and serenity of this place. I’ve always preferred nature to society. The previous owner of this land was a pig. He left trash everywhere. I’ve spent days pulling out and digging up trash all over the property and surroundings; and I have far more to clean up.

This is in fact the first and oldest designated wilderness area in the US, but far far far from the largest.
