    Good on him for challenging them to move outside their comfort zones while instructing them how to remain safe. Good coaching from someone who seems like he knows what he's doing, and knows when to push things a bit further to make them better. Help kids be brave but not reckless. Good stuff. Look at them go.

    What is the reason for one hand?

      It’s going to force the rider to do an abundance of things, but here are the few that I think are the most notable and easy to understand.
      -make sure that they are effectively using proper foot placement, and driving enough weight back into the pegs under seated acceleration
      -make sure they are compensating properly for the force of acceleration and force under braking while standing.
      -make sure that they are bracing their core as they navigate through the turns, to be sure that they are not falling inside of the bike.
      Great question! If you try this drill at home, I recommend that you start slow in a field on the seat, and gradually progress from there.

      @CoachJames749 appreciate the response! Would love to ride again, although do not have a dirt bike... I was just curious, so figured I would ask. Makes sense now! Keep up with the content and teaching!
