Hello, I have been told on and off it is or isn't from the vaccine. The thing is unless a person is dizzy they just don't realize how it prevents you from doing normal things because its not like its easy to do stuff when you are dizzy. Thanks for sharing this. I had nausea and vertigo for the first time in my life too a few weeks after getting the second covid vaccination (Pfizer). I had it worse after the third shot (Moderna-- which is a 3 times higher dose). I saw a few doctors but they didn't find any underlying cause. An ENT doctor suggested doing the Brandt Daroff exercise which really helped. I understand that correlation is not causation but it's interesting to hear that other people have had a similar experience.

Great video, I'm also going through the same. Had vertigo, couldn't walk alone. Spent a week in hospital bunch of tests done CT, MRI and so on but nothing out of the ordinary. I did find a doctor who did tests and concluded that I have nervous system inflammation everywhere, especially the nerves in my back, vagus nerve- dizzy on toilet or when blowing nose. Been 2 months since vaccine my nerves in the back are still inflamed with a value of 0.6( above 1.5 is no longer a problem) so I still have ways to go. Also dealing with ear inflammation both sides, high BP and diziness that I describe as if i was drunk like feeling a little delay or as if my brain was held in place by springs...once I get better hopefully some time march I'll make a video about this

Interesting. Any issues of any kind before the shots that might be related? I'm curious about this. The way you describe the dizzy feeling is very apt to how I was feeling. @@JSteezy nah, never had any sort of issue which is probably why it's hard to process this mentally such a major breakdown at a young age. I'm fine nowdays, just this bloody diziness taking its sweet time. This is not a vertigo sort of feeling, it's easy to test. Stand still focus on an object then wiggle your upper body with your head fixed left and right then when you go back to normal position suddenly stop. If you feel delay there or it gives you head pressure feeling or an unsure feeling of whats happening like needing time for your body to align that's vertigo. This diziness I don't feel it in my body but I rather see it, super hard to describe. Example: in my house when I turn a sharp corner and look at an object around the corner for a millisecond it feels like it still wants to move a little-not spinning or anything it's just a "weird" feeling.

I'd say I'm mostly not. At this point it's hard to say what feels like is lasting and what is here now because of the trama from dealing with what I had to. I have a strong panic attack type of reflex to the sensation of dizziness but it kind of happens without gripping me emotionionally like it used to.
Some degree of this still remains a mystery. My dizziness really felt like being super drunk suddenly, not like the room was spinning but like I was on the verge of blacking out or something. I felt as though I was zoomed way out of my head, way behind my actual line of sight. It was very strange. There was a floating feeling to it, kind of. Hard to describe.
Still have a lot of neck tension some days but maybe my breathing is messed up from the emotional trauma of months thinking something was terribly wrong with my health due to a few unexpected and very scary symptoms.

    • @JSteezy
      @JSteezy  3 года назад +2

First shot. Not getting my second one for now. Honestly, the reality of the vaccine is that it is a little rushed and not tested as fully as usual so it should be reasonable to assume this vaccine could be better and safer if we had more time but I can see why we felt that we didn't. One of those decisions where a necessary evil makes sense.
So, to each their own but I can't put myself through what I went through. Just the idea that I might have to go through that again was very stressful and if it was the vaccine and I have those again and it's worse, it might leave some lasting damage....
And then what, get a 3rd one later? When does it stop haha. When I decide to stop...that's when. So no amount of social pressure or judgement is going to get in the way of a decision I make about what to put in my body.

    • @JSteezy

Also, my symptoms have improved over time a lot but I still have tight breathing and my dizziness/migrane type sensations are now really concentrated around neck tension. There are these stabilizing muscles just below the skull of your head on the back side. If you focus your attention there, do you sense a lot of tension when you feel dizzy? The thing was that my diziness wasn't quite vertigo like and that was helpful in figuring out if it was an inner ear thing or not. However, some people do have inner ear type dizziness but I didn't. It wasn't so much like the room was spinning, more so like I was zooming way out of where I was and felt like I was disapperaring almost. There was an unstable feeling to it, but not spinning dizziness. Wobbly, if anything.

    This is my experience, too.
I was fine the day after the vaccine, I thought the worse was the sore arm. But on the 3rd day I got up from bed to drink water and all was well until I laid down again (on my left side). My world started spinning. It settled once I slowly sat up straight. It's been just over 3 weeks now. I can't lay on my left, or put any pressure on my that ear or I'll start spinning, Epley maneuver doesn't help me.
My inner ear feels warm (to me), heavy... likes it's full or pulling down, and I get a short sharp pain here and there. I never had tinnitus or hearing loss, but ear was muffled the first few days (it feels like it wants to do that again). Some days it feels like it's over, but then it comes back. Yesterday was one of my most difficult days yet (but not as bad as some accounts I've read in the VEDA forum 😔).

I should get into it for a future video but what you describe sounds more like a vertigo form of dizziness. I ended up getting to a PT who thinks, and I actually do kind of agree, that I am getting a form of migranes that cause dizziness.
It could be a combination of one or a few of these things but one is cervicogenic headache. Basically, all of this tension in my neck area and little spasms of my blood vessles in my head.
Still, all of which is new and only post vaccine.

@@Mrcleanmo It took 4, almost 5 weeks, for the vertigo to stop happening. And 3 more to feel better. I still feel a bit wobbly, like I'm on a boat, and if I move my head too fast a little short spin happens, but not enough to call it vertigo. I don't panic about it anymore (I was a huge mess before 😭). My left ear still feels a bit inflamed and although much less frequent, the sharp pain still happens.
My doctor didn't help much, he kept insisting it was a dislodged ear crystal because of how I explained it happened but no exercise/maneuver helped. I know it was the vaccine. I did find out I was extremely low in Vitamin D, and was told that makes every symptom worse. I didn't take any prescribed medication, but did quadruple my Vit-D intake (to 40,000 IU) and took turmeric capsules to help reduce the inflammation in my body. I think that's what helped most, reducing inflammation.
