with all the respect to the history of PL, but the return to growling killed the heaviness of Nick's earlier voice and when he starts singing normally he just lost the flow. And.. after all that glorious albums like Icon Draconian Times Host and In Requiem this sounds cheap to me. But some elements of Doom Death from early times are ok. But i expected more of my favorite band..
@@GiotheGhreat I like every thing they made so far, but not the first album because I never heard it. Bur I ask myself if I want to hear Nick Holmes singing live.
I didn't like The Plague Within and later Medusa at first, but the growling works really well for them. But they have their own atmosphere, and and are pretty good! I Çove all the albums you mentioned too. I may sugest you giove antoher shot to that style, PL is a hell of a classy band.
