From the Harvest Moon Festival episode, we know that demon royalty are very hard to kill...at least permanently. It's highly likely that Blitz couldn't actually kill Stolas, but perhaps he could incapacitate him for a time.

Yo can we appreciate that a Prince in hell is shown to be a good Father and amongst the many times he’s abused and ridiculed he never retaliated aggressively. I know it’s not looked at well to say a man can be a victim but it truly is a reality in many cases. This was so well written. But also can we appreciate that they got the Voice actor for Jafar from Disney’s Aladdin to voice both Blizo’s and Stolas’s Fathers!?
Fun fact stolas is based of a irl demon in the lesser keys of Solomon religious text
He is said to be a talkative yet strangly friendly demon that taught humanity about astrology, botany, and gemstones
That's something I really like about the DHORKS episode. Blitzo, Moxxie, Millie, and Loona killed a LOT of people, but Stolas never once killed a single person. Once he knew they were safe, he immediately stopped. He's a kind heart and a precious cinnamon bun. I love him so much
This was honestly the quietest reaction I've seen to this episode. Lol. Not to say it was a bad one. It's kind of nice to see someone go through it without pausing every five seconds to give commentary or shout over the episode only to miss something, then go back to rewatch it. So kudos.
Stela wants to call him a traitor but she hired someone to kill him and talked crap about him to her family and who knows what else she has done to him behind his back. She's more traitorous than he is. He didn't love her at all he was in it just cuz he had to and once his daughter was born he endured all of her BS just for his daughter until she was 17. You gotta give it to him for putting up with her for all that time
you also have to add the fact that, sadly, he's also a little bit of a bad spot for Via (Olivia) , since they've had this crap marrage, and she's clearly a phisical abuser too, given just how many times do you think he's been backhanded by that witch to know just how to catch her hand to stand up for himself. But, we saw in the Luu Luu Land episode what being in that toxic marriage was doing to Via too. Sure, he wanted her to have a "normal" life, but he also couldn't see the fact that even before the cheating it was hurting her just as much as it hurting him, being around that kind of bad relationship between Stolas and Stella.

Notice Blitzø doesnt have his white scars and Fizzarolli doesn’t have his robot prosthetics when they were kids, maybe what ever happened to make the white scars on Blitzø is also the reason Fizzarolli has robotic prosthetics, and it’s probably why they arnt friends anymore, Blitzø could have caused an accident that injured them both. Blitzø twin sister was the imp on the tightrope. So Stolas fell in love with Blitzø at first sight (the slow motion of Stolas first seeing Blizø implies thats what’s happening), but Stolas probably not realizing it because he was so young and innocent but still he never forgot him.
Poor Stolas he lived his personal hell for 17 years married to Stela. Seriously, this Stela is worse than Amber Heard.
I'm glad that after so much abuse our prince has finally freed himself and divorced this thing called Stela.
And what a good feeling to see Our Prince defending himself against this cretin, showing that he will no longer put up with any kind of abuse from this Female Monster!

I know this reaction came out a while ago, and I'm not sure if anyone has pointed this out to you since you initially thought Stolas was one of the Seven Deadly Sins, but he's not. He is actually one of the 72 Demon Princes from the Lesser Keys of Solomon, a tome about the Ars Goetia (hence King Pimon saying he had "so f*cking many" children). Stolas of the Ars Goetia was actually classified as being one of the more benevolent princes being kind to humans and teaching us about botany and astrology. It's said if you make a deal with him, he'll teach you anything you desire to know. However, even if he is benevolent, he is still a demon so any form of summoning would be ill-advised. Asmodeus is also one of the 72 Princes as well as this story's version of the Lust Sin. He was depicted as having three heads, which was why he was animated with the two sillhouettes in his mane and I believe he is also depicted as being the Prince of Lust in the Ars Goetia. Just thought I'd share this little nugget of info in case you haven't already been informed. Can't wait to see more of your reactions to this show as it's absolutely amazing and the next two episodes get real (no spoilers).

I can not stop hearing Jafar from Aladdin. 😂 That's all I think about.
They released this episode instead of the second part of the finale cuz it doesn't affect the story and they're having issues with episode 8. Supposedly stolas dad is supposed to be voiced by the same guy who voiced Jafar in alladin.
