Thanks for sharing CPO. I'm a private pilot but haven't flown in quite a while (about 11 years now), but I can tell you that the love of flying is still there. I remember my first lesson like it was yesterday. Your video brought back great memories. I also remember my solo at just 6 hours of instructions. SO excited for you. Can't wait to see your next video! Oh, were you nervous at all? You seemed SO calm and cool. You rock!

Robert Edwards thanks for the comment! I am excited to get going...now if the weather will cooperate! ;-) Oddly enough, I wasn't nervous at all. I hadn't really thought about it before now though.

CPO :: A Pilot in Training I remember those bumpy days like what you experienced. Can't wait to hear (and watch) your progress. And especially all the technology you're using to capture this exciting journey. When are you flying again?

Hi CPO, very nice video. I've just finished my training for my CPL MEIR and will be moving to bigger planes soon, but this reminded me of the good times I had when starting out. I trained on a Garmin G1000 equipped C172 though.
On a side note I was looking to buy a UFlyMike attachment for my QC15s too, but they've discontinued it in anticipation for their Harmony range which is supposedly coming out soon. Is the ANR of the QC15 good enough to be used comfortably in a light single?

***** I think the ANR worked just great. I didn't think about it at all (which is generally a good sign). I ended up having to buy my UFlyMike used because I didn't want to wait for the new ones to release. They are hard to find tho. You may get lucky if someone is wanting to sell to upgrade...or you can just wait. :-) This is my first ANR system...so I don't know how it compares...but it's perfectly fine for me -- and without the hard clamping pressure of my PNR headset. These Bose (as you know) are so light, you forget you are wearing them.
