Hey, I am Kartikeya. I am 19 y.o. I live in Delhi. My Question in : If you were to time-travel to just one year back in time. What ere the advice that you will give to your younger self? If yes, why did it take you a year to learn them now?
I would tell that guy, to keep doing what he's doing. But to work harder, perhaps the biggest mistake I've been making (maybe am still making) is thinking I'm special...and I am...that I'm doing more...and I am...that I'm better ..and I am. But my mistake is that I think that gives me permission to stop progressing. Being okay with mediocrity is my worst nightmare and you can say I'm living my nightmare. To anyone from outside, that sounds absurd..I wake up at 4...take cold shower...do 2-3 hours of deep worm everyday...workout everyday and eat relatively healthy. I'm doing good, bit ik I can do better but the fact that I'm already better than the majority is stopping me from progressing. So what I would say to an 18 year old Akshath, is that never think about how better you are than the rest, think how alike are you to the person that you want to become. That's all. I think this'll be valuable for everyone else as well
How do you think you would intiate a new conversation with a dead silent group of students that are close to you. Can you tell me 3 ways you could do that?
I honestly would just go and say hi But, I guess your question is wrong, you don't need tips and tricks you need to change your beliefs. 1. Don't try to create a relationship on the first meeting, don't try to impress or establish anything at all. Your goal should be to only see if YOU like them. 2. Keep it as short as possible, you're only breaking the ice, so you are allowed to interact the next time as well. 3. Depending on where you are there are a couple of options for you to choose from, in terms of first interaction: a) The stupid question- Ask a dumb question, just to break the ice, I've asked girls what the time is, what day it is today, I once asked a girl if she thinks I look good, she said yes. It works b) The observation- You don't have to establish a relationship, just saying anything breaks the ice. "Nice weather today", "Great top", "Cool hoodie", "what are you reading?" are all solid options, nothing is weird.

I've generally been fortunate enough to not get bullied or anything. My high school was spend with me being the cool popular guy mostly...so I was acquainted with the daughter of the Education Directer of our school, who basically runs and owns the school and she (secretly?) Had a crush on me (or so I was told) and there was this rumor that I was friends with her because I wanted to take advantage of the fact that she had a crush on me and that she was the daughter of the Education Director, which wasnt true obviously. I had no idea that she had a crush on me ...plus 😂😂why would the Education Director in any way listen to what her daughter's "crush?" has to say??? As if that would get me anything at all....anyways it was cool tho no harm done at all
