Sleeping in a Public Park in Southern California

I had this idea to sleep in this little hut in a public park and...
Update 5/24/19 - Looking back at this video I can't believe I wanted to sleep out in plain view at a public park lol. I ended up not doing so because of the lights that come out at night.

Wow, such a late reply (oops!). I did not as there were lots of hoops I had to jump through in order to get my application complete. I worked for the govn't previously and when I left, the supervisor I had added things to my "reason for quitting" that screwed me up a bit.
