Fiberglassing The Greenhouse Pond 😅

We finally fiberglassed the pond! Which means we are ready for water...almost. Watch to see exactly how we fiberglassed our greenhouse pond, and our struggles along the way. It definitely was not an easy job but after a few sleepless days it's done and looks great!

This is so awesome Brother! I'm renovating my pond and looking at alternatives trying to eliminate the rubber liner. Friend of mine does fiberglass so I'll talk to him, also looking at spray on bedliner that some guys have done. I love your craftsmanship.

Doing a fiberglass project this size with no Tyvek suit *and short sleeves...* I was thinking "either he didn't do as much research as he claims (which I highly doubt based on the quality of the rest of the build) or he underestimated the damage loose fiberglass does to skin as it literally buries into the pores" but we all gotta learn somehow‼️ 🤣

HEY MAN--BEEN WATCHING YOUR POD BUILD FOR A WHILE. WONDERING WHAT KIND OF FIBERGLASS RESIN YOU USED? AND PLACED WERE YOU BOUGHT IT?

I used polyester resin. And I bought it from a little local place called 3-D Art in Kearns UT

Is the fiberglass even necessary is it just cosmetic

The fiberglass is needed to waterproof the pond and add strength in case the concrete/bricks ever settle or crack
