Hela doesn't have that kind of magic to counteract being suspended in the air against your will, which is why she would lose against Wanda. Wanda also has the power to create a whole new WORLD where she can control a whole TOWN full of people in her sleep (WandaVision). What proof do you have for Hela wielding that amount of power? After watching them do justice to her character in Dr. Strange. It’s safe to say she would’ve wrecked the hell out of thanos in an instant. She’s more terrifying to me.
She’s an infinity stone herself plus she knows magic and can alter reality. Fairly Unbeatable. Only close contenders are Captain Marvel (who also got her powers from an infinity stone) and Thor (the strongest of the Gods in MCU).

I loved this scene so much, finally getting just a taste of how powerful Wanda is. Like, hands down she is the most powerful character in the MCU, maybe Strange could hold his own for a bit, or Thanos with the full gauntlet, but once she lets loose there's not really a character that can full on defeat her in a one on one battle of powers.
That's my favorite moment in the final battle. Thanos, the Titan, commanding, towering, powerfull.. Was scared, and was on the verge of his death. Elizabeth portrayed the cold rage of her character flawlessly here.
