It's incredibly frustrating to not even have the BASIC house information like number of beds, baths, lot size, price, sq ft size, etc. Even the website provided only lists the address under house details. I immediately go find another realtor when the basic info isn't listed. Take note, I'm not the only one.
I am not sure that the indented purpose of this video is to sell this house but merely to familiarize the viewer with its general features. If you are a buyer, I would contact the real estate agent or seller for the information you mentioned.

get this, an old house was bought for 1.8, they split the lot into TWO tall houses and this is HALF that original lot which now sold for 2.8 mill. Not including building costs they made a million on HALF that original house for 1.8 million. Likely greasy rich Italian or rich Chinese, as usual lol

Even a small detail like the electric plugs being integrated into the baseboard, a request that requires a great deal of planning and effort between designers, electricians and finishing carpenters.
I didn’t even notice the electrical. I paint all of mine the wall color because I hate how they interrupt the flow with white popping out every so often. It’s the little touches that people don’t realize makes a room more comfortable to look at.

I am sorry about this but, the lot were this house stands. Was more Auntie s and as as small child I lived in a beautiful Victorian house. So all the beauty of this.... IS not as beautiful as it once was. The back yard had a beautiful garden and Lilac trees 🌲

Theres definitely blinds but for vid purposes so that there’s light while shooting it, tjey left it very open. My God. Youre looking at a very minor concern.
The only reason I’d put curtains or blinds over those windows would be for solar control, I rarely close ours at night but then we live in a daylight basement so our main living is on the second floor.
The CN tower cost 63 million to build in 1976 so if you spend 13 million more then the 50 million house if you make 1 million a year from the Cn Tower you would get all your money back after 2036 thats 63 years later from 1976.
Gotta disagree with you there. Usually when a property on a older street is rebuilt it will attract homeowners or investors to buy neighboring properties / remortgage and rebuilt their home. And at the end will upscale the whole neighborhood (that is if it is in a nicer area not in the ghetto). The real value is the Lot and Location when it comes to properties. Especially with the amount of people in Toronto and Vancouver.
