Especially the one at 1-8. I kinda expected Angie to run away in despair like she mentions imagining upon successfully completing the op. Having Kasal pop in at the last second felt like a cop-out of a really brutal game over.

Yeah, normally the music would start playing after you make the incision, but I wanted to get the game over ASAP and the silence really does add to the effect…
