Pardon my curiosity, but why do you label yourself as an ex-rocker when you still listen to and enjoy the music? You obviously haven't suffered the fate of some people I know who refuse to listen to any new music because you wanted to hear what Rolling Quartz could bring to rock-n-roll, and I'm pretty sure this band is only three or four years old with this lineup now. If the spirit glows brighter when a great band is playing, then I think that you are still a rocker, and will likely be one until you're done. I can't imagine a world where music has lost it's power and magic, and don't want to. I want to be that old geezer who feels the joy of both the new bands making their sound, and all the great music that came before. Long live rock-n-roll, peace 💚
