My 2 year old Phonak Audeo Paradise P90R's were not set up properly by my audiologist He asked me to find someone else.A wonderful HA practitioner set them up and I can hear. Difference is night and day! How does someone who is hard of hearing solve this problem? These were the third set of Phonaks I had. It should be plug and play to set up hearing aids! Your video at about 5:20 identifies what he should have done. He did not set the proper domes. He did not have the left and right HA's communicating. My hearing aids didn't work. I would appreciate your help.
