Greetings! I'm in my 40s and have recently developed an interest in gymnastics. Been training on my own various routines and movements on the bar and happy to say I am improving and getting stronger and slowly learning more and more difficult moves.
I've just started on learning the kip and your video is very useful! Today was my first day training it and I'm slowly getting it. Still not able to figure out the angle and timing of my swing and arms pull down but I understand the concept.
Your video helps greatly! Thank you and I also enjoy your other videos! Do continue posting!
