The people who buy Tesla care about the utilities, not the top speed. Tesla should focus on the battery life instead, because charging could take up hours, while a gas car takes 10 min to refill. Longer battery life means making longer trips without stopping to charge (and you really have to plan ahead because not every place has a charging station, while gas station is everywhere).

@@Anonymous8317 if there's not a lot of charging stations near you, you can get one installed at your home where you park and charge it overnight like a phone lmao, it's not too cheap of course, but it's a lot nicer than having to wait at a charging station and eliminates the need for one locally, proabably cheaper in the long run too assuming Tesla charges more for the power at the stations than it would cost coming off your electrical bill
Elon is on the verge of making a economical Tesla around 26 thousand dollars in the near future, probably on California with the ban of gas vehicles by 2045 or something. Like that
