Epico ! I've recently bought this kit & lemme tell you it does not disappoint. A very solid bass drum sound & a decent Tom sound as well. Also, you get the tried & trusted tag of Tama . Great kit for beginners & intermediate drummers !!
should i get a tama imperial or pearl export? im interested in sound quality not quantity, and i might get the zildjan i series pack. im a guitar/bass/ piano player and i need some help getting the right drums:)
Pearl Export or Yamaha Stage Custom. Buy used, because the previous owner probably replaced the stock heads. New drums (even higher class) always come with bad Chinese heads, which you would have to replace and you would have to pay an extra 150 euros for it. Heads are more important than wood when it comes to the sound of drums. In my opinion, older Exports sound better than the new ones. A lot of people also claim that the first series of Stage Customs (with high tension lugs) is the best series of Stage Custom.
I have a great curiosity I really like this battery but I would like to know if the hardware of this battery is adaptable to a ludwig element evolution? thanks if someone will answer me
Hi Patrik, Hope you are keeping well in these difficult times. I would like your help please, everytime you demo a kit I think yeah that's the kit that I need. I am after a mini / portable drum kit. What would be your personal recommendation? Or are you not allowed to say? Maybe I should just invest my money in a Turkish Carpet/Rug? Is that the real secret behind your excellent drum skills. Hi Claudio, Hope you are well Thanks for the pointers/tips/advice. Unfortunately my mastery of the drums is a bit like my 2nd serve in tennis. Despite a lot of effort and practice it remains wide of the mark 😢😢😭😭
@@davidpeck8883 This is probably because you don't know what to practice and how to practice. I had the same problem. Download Tommy Igoe's "Great Hands For A Life time". It helped me a lot. I've heard that Jojo Mayer's "Secret Weapons For The Modern Drummer" is great also.
I've had both...the Tama Imperialstar kit is a much better sounding and just a better made kit all around. It competes with any kit 2 or 3 times the price.

whichever one you like best and get for a good price. you could probably pick up a used of either or a stage custom for under 350
Considering Bonham played with an Acrylic set, I’d say your dead on with the heads being the most important thing.
